New Pure Champion Crowned On 7/17, The belt is now vacant

AJ Styles has been stripped of the Pure Wrestling Title due to inactivity. While ROH is still hopeful for AJ's return, the Pure Wrestling Title has been inactive for so long and is so new that ROH officials have decided to just start from the beginning again. The belt will now also be known as just the Pure Title.

A new champion will be determined on July 17th in Elizabeth, NJ. ROH officials are currently debating the format to determine a new champion. It will not be an eight man tournament. This will make the 2nd Anniversary Show a unique ROH event and a special tournament since ROH won't do one again.

We will have more info in the upcoming week.

Well, Styles wont be comeing back to RoH to defend the belt :( Dam TNA!!!

Anyway it's been pretty Obvious that was going to happen. Just now i'm quite interested in seeing WHO will actually Win the belt and how it's going to be decided on who take's the belt. My guess is another One night tournament, But i could possibly be wrong!!

Why is it that i sense a Alex Shelley Pure title Run?

Walters or Stryker.

You see I've been tosing the name of Stryker around for Pure Wrestling Champ For Age's!! The guy would suit the Belt and he is one of the best Pure Wrestler's that are in RoH as of this Moment! Just watched his Match with Chance Becket Yesterday and i thought it was Awesome!! Some RoH fan's seem to "Heckle" Stryker, I for one think he's Overated!!! Long Live the Unibrow!!!!

As for Walter's he's another Awesome talent in RoH!! I Wouldnt mind seeing a Walters Vs Stryker Final, Which could be MOTN!!! One Huge ass Pure Wrestling Clinic is needed to Once again get this belt over.
