I need to know after how many post you can get a custom av and also what is the maximum size in kb that can be attached here

I am guessing it is the same as IOW 300 posts but i am not totally sure.

I have not set it up yet with the 300 post thing, but I was considering just letting everyone have custom avs right off the bat...haven't decided yet though.
