Paul figured that since HHH gave this division to him, that he needed to sign some extreme wrestlers. On cue, Tommy Dreamer comes up with a kendo stick in hand. Paul claps and says that Tommy will now be given the opportunity to shine in a division he knows all too well. Paul then says that he made a call to someone that Vince never would have signed.
