PREVIEW FOR THURSDAY’S “iMPACT!” ON SPIKE TV
TNA Wrestling continues the road to the September 24 “No Surrender” PPV
The official preview for TNA “iMPACT!” this Thursday night at 11pm on SpikeTV
JARRETT WILL TAKE THE POLYGRAPH TEST
TNA management director Jim Cornette is putting Jeff Jarrett to the test this Thursday night on “iMPACT!” on SpikeTV – the polygraph test! For the first time ever, a TNA star will be forced to take a polygraph on television! If Jarrett passes, he can look forward to facing Sting at “Bound For Glory” and prepare for the bout. However, if Jarrett fails, Cornette has promised the champion will face the wrath of the TNA Wrestling fans! Will Jarrett pass the test this Thursday night? Tune in and find out!
MAIN EVENT: CHRISTIAN CAGE vs. RON “THE TRUTH” KILLINGS
Christian Cage is making a lot of enemies in recent weeks – first Sting, then Rhino and now Ron “The Truth” Killings. The two stars got into a brawl this past week, leading to TNA security separating them. As a result, TNA management has announced that Christian Cage will face The Truth in singles action this Thursday night on SpikeTV! Will Cage continue to assault his former friends? Can The Truth beat Cage to get back into the World Title picture? It will happen this Thursday on “iMPACT!”.
Also Thursday night on “iMPACT!” :
- New NWA World Tag Team Champions The Latin American Exchange will compete on the broadcast, as well as a comprehensive look back at the history of The Ultimate X Match!
- Six-time NWA World Tag Team Champions and the most dominant tandem in TNA Wrestling history, America’s Most Wanted, will be in action!
- Raven has requested camera time to speak out on the ongoing situation involving Abyss and Runt!
- According to rumors, “The Franchise” Shane Douglas has a major announcement concerning The Naturals
- Plus, news on TNA Wrestling teaming up with Jackass 2, The Movie! How does it involve Chris Sabin, Sonjay Dutt and Alex Shelley? Tune in and find out!
In addition, more matches will be announced for the September 24 “No Surrender’ Pay-Per-View plus more news on the October 22 “Bound For Glory” epic event!
Sounds like an ok show for tonight. I'm intruigued to see how the Polygraph test comes across on TV and also to see whether Jarrett passes or not, with the recent rumours and spoilers going around the net at the moment this should be one interesting segment to watch.
Main Event should be great. I'm a big fan of both men's in ring ability and also there mic work shame this is just a blow off match and not an actual feud though as i imagine these two men could have a gooden. Still the match should be decent and definitely worthy of a Main Event i also want to see where TNA are going with Christian Cage and his current character and attitude. How long before he crosses Stings path?
My only worry is the fact that two of the matches aren't even written out just referred to as "LAX in action" and "AMW in action" as when the matches are referred to that way it usually means we are going to be treated to a squash match which i thought TNA had stopped doing with the move to Thursday Nights.
Overall should be a decent show with atleast one very solid match and maybe more. What are your thoughts on tonights iMPACT!?
