Mike Johnson reports that some in TNA fear that Sabu is going to no show the Lockdown PPV. He was supposed to be at this weeks tapings and did not show up. They have tried to contact him as of late and he has not answered or returned there calls. Some people inside TNA are saying if he does not show up that it's more on TNA's hands then Sabu's because TNA may not have cleared the match with him 100% before announcing it.

As for One Night Stand Sabu can work the show. He is not under an exclusive deal to TNA do to money issues. He has a deal with them stating that they can use his character and likeness as they wish and that is it.

Also according to some sources in the TNA lockeroom, WWE has tried since last year and would like to sign Sabu to a full time deal but neither side can come to an agreement.

This along with the news of Liger being off the PPV is not good for TNA at all.

I seriously hope that Sabu doesn't do this, his match with Joe will be very entertaining and has been given a lot of build up and of course now it is for the X Division Title which makes the match even bigger. If this match doesn't go through this would be a major cock up on the hands of TNA. If this match doesn't happen i can see TNA chaging it last minute to be a rematch between Joe and Daniels inside the Cage for the X Division belt which i would be happy about as it would be a great match but still it makes TNA look quite unprofessional having to change their matches last minute.

Here's a quick update on this:

Sabu will be appearing at the Lockdown PPV after all. It was speculated that he may not be able to make it after he no-showed the last Impact tapings, and then TNA officials had problems contacting him. Things have been worked out though. Also, Sabu will more than likely be appearing at ECW One Night Stand 2 as well, he is not under contract to TNA.

Well i for one am happy that Sabu will be there his match with Joe should be a classic and i am interested in seeing these two work together.

I doubt it’ll be a classic somehow.

Sabu is a fucking wreck. I love the guy to pieces but he's barely mobile anymore. He walks with a limp.

i'm hoping they can still pull it off but i have my doubts since it's not a gimick match.

edit: yeah it's a cage match, but still how does that play up to sabu's strengths? Now he can't do his plancha to the outside bit he loves/ gets a big pop for. They will probably make it a hardcore match or something I assume so sabu can atleast do shit with a chair.

Well it is a six sides of steel match. Granted there won't be any weapons but even so that will add a hardcore element to it making it easier for Sabu to work. Also Gary yeah your right i kind of used the wrong term there but even so although it won't be a classic i still am ooking forward to the match.

LOL. Holy shit. According to Wrestlezone Sabu broke his arm AND suffered a concussion last week in Mexico. He told TNA officals he will be at 110 %.

Sabu is so fucking crazy banged up it's rediculous
