Taken from the JAPW Forum -
It appears ROH management is deciding to "punish" Jay Lethal for leaving early to honour his TNA booking as opposed to working the ROH show and then attempting to get to Florida (as Roderick Strong and Austin Aries did) to work the PPV the weekend of the storm..
From DOI -
Very reliable sources are telling the DOI staff that Jay Lethal has been removed from all future ROH shows. This is happening due to his choosing to work the TNA show the weekend of the major New York snowstorm. TNA Officials had asked all their talent to fly down to Florida a day earlier to avoid any problems.

Quick update on this:

Ring Of Honor has parted ways with Jay Lethal and Azrieal. Both departures were amicable and either could return at any time. This is a result of ROH making some roster changes. Do not believe all the internet reports. We want to thank both for their contributions to ROH. We expect Lethal and Azrieal to both have very successful careers and wish them the best.
Well to be honest i don't know what to think. It's unclear on what the real reason were for releasing Lethal so i'm not exactly sure how to react. If it was about the TNA incident then i see this being a case of both companies fucking themselves as well as each other over. With TNA suspending talent who worked the show and ROH removing wrestlers who didn't work the show it's just going to cause a big fuss in which it may lead for wrestlers to choose between one or the other. I mean reports maybe wrong and ROH may have a completely different reason for getting rid of Lethal as Shelley and Homicide also skipped the show and to my knowledge are still in a good relationship with ROH. So yeah we will just have to wait and see but if this is to do with the whole TNa incident then i see all of this do more damage then anything else.

Heh. Azrieal never really got over anyway, & Sucked a lot more cock than Jay Lethal. I wont miss Jay Lethal, I didn’t find him really convincing as a heel, and I didn’t really find him that good.I mean isn’t a heel supposed to want to destroy people, and not need fan support? Then why was Jay slapping hands with fans. They’ve both pretty much gotten the John Walters treatment.
In response D Dogg, Homicide > Jay Lethal. He’s more over than little Lethal will ever be. It’s amazing. All of Special K are now gone from ROH ~! I might wind up watching wrestling again. However it’s probably just a case of ROH Building up new guys under the ROH Banners, as opposed too building the company around said workers.

Well, Gabe said don't believe the internet reports, and Lethal hasn't exactly been booked strong lately, so it probably doesn't have a whole lot to do with the TNA thing. The fact of the matter is, Lethal was getting really stale, and ROH needed to freshen up their roster.

Well it turns out there is more to the Jay Lethal story then was originally reported apparently unlike Homcide and Shelley, Lethal didn't even bother to contact ROH and let them know he was skipping the show, here's the source:

There is major heat on Jay Lethal backstage in ROH for not contacting them when he decided to skip their 2/11 show to fly down to Orlando that day for the TNA PPV.
I understand now why ROH are letting him go fair enough if he decided to choose other commitments over ROH and i can imagine ROH understand that hense why there is no heat in Shelley and Homcide or none is being reported but to not even let them know you were no showing is just poor form in my opinion.
Also Gary i know Homicide is a much better wrestler and a bigger draw then Lethal but even so if both men commit the same offense then the punishments should be equal plain and simple. Now that i know there is more to the story then obviously i retract my earlier comments.
