Just a few names that have been flying around as of late.

Low Ki's name has been tossed around in some circles about a possible return to TNA. His last appearances in TNA were back in 2004 during the company's days on Fox Sports Net and had been with the company since it began back in 2002. If he does end up returning, which is still a big question at this point, he would be involved with the X Division.

According to reports, there is strong interest in bringing Matt Morgan to TNA. Morgan has already visited a few TNA shows and it is no secret he has been in talks with the company. Other sources state it is only a matter of time until he is brought in.

Despite earlier reports stating that TNA might be interested in bringing back some "big name" talent by working off the ratings momentum of finally cracking the 1.0 barrier last week, Kevin Nash doesn't appear to be part of the plans right now even though he signed a new one-year contract back in October. It is possible Nash could be returning down the line, but he hasn't been figured into any current creative plans.

There are some new reports stating that TNA management has been in contact with Bret Hart about making some upcoming appearances in TNA. These same reports are also stating that TNA has been in contact with The Rock (who is no longer under contract with WWE and hasn't been for some time) about him possibly appearing in TNA and working some matches when the time is right for him scheduling wise.

Many Spike TV officials feel TNA needs to sign another big name if they want to be serious about competing with WWE.

To be honest i'm not sure how to react to this. I want TNA to do well but i don't want them to sign all these names only to push their homegrown talent down the roster. On the other side of things after seeing the success Sting's signing has brought as far as ratings and buyrates go i imagine bringing in Bret Hart would also have the same type of impact (no pun intended) if not a bigger one. Also if i heard "If you smell what the Rock is cooking" suddenly come blasting over the TNA sound system i could easily see myself marking out since i've always beena Rocky fan although i don't see Rock going anywhere then WWE for some reason.

As for Matt Morgan and Low Ki well neither of the two are truely big names but both are great talents and could definitely be great assets to TNA. Low Ki would obviously head back into the X Division much like he did in 2002-2004 and most probably would look into a feud with Daniels due to their history with Triple X. Morgan i can imagine being a semi-Main Event guy who is always a threat although doesn't actually get his shot until after a while, much like what Rhino and Abyss are doing at the moment. Morgan was never really given a chance in the WWE but he does have a lot of talent for a big guy and is a great mic worker (yet for some reason WWE decide to give him a stutter gimmick?) So yeah these two could be two good signing for TNA.

Once again though you have to come back to TNA losing a lot of their homegrown talent in the shuffle because of these signings. And with Spike TV still not giving in as far as giving TNA a two hour slot then more talent will only be lost with the extra signings. Just look at The Naturals since Team 3D was signed.
