I bought a pink glowing user name in the WP Store and it is not working, I bought it twice and still nothing, can someone fix it?

Are you using Internet Explorer, because that is the only way it works.

If you use the Internet Explorer (the Blue "e" sign that gets you onto the internet) then it will work. If not then it won't work.

It doesn't work within Mozilla firefox if your using that for your browser.

It's probably the 'style' that you're using. It's glowing for me! Switch your style to 'WrestlePower' by using the button at the bottom left of this very page.
