NOAH ran their April 25th rally at Nippon Budokan, claiming 16,700 paid. Results:
1. Trevor Rhodes defeated Mitsuo Momota in 7 minutes, 1 second with a lariat.
2. Kishin Kawabata & Takeshi Morishima defeated Masaji Aoyagi & Tsuyoshi Kikuchi in 10 minutes, 37 seconds when Morishima used a back-drop suplex hold on Aoyagi for the win.
3. Mohammed Yone & Daisuke Ikeda defeated Jun Izumida & Akitoshi Saito in 10 minutes, 42 seconds when Ikeda used his Mr. Big Bomber on Izumida for the win.
4. Akira Taue & Naoki Sano defeated Masao Inoue & Tamon Honda in 15 minutes, 38 seconds when Sano used a Northern Lights Bomb on Inoue for the win.
5. Yoshinobu Kanemaru defeated Ricky Marvin in 14 minutes, 47 seconds with a brainbuster. Marvin got a big pop from the crowd after the good match.
6. Yasuhiro (Kotaro) Suzuki & Takeshi Rikio defeated Makoto Hashi & Jun Akiyama in 17 minutes, 1 second when Suzuki used his 'Blue Destiny' finisher on Hashi for the win.
7. GHC Tag Titles Match: Yoshinari Ogawa & Mitsuharu Misawa (champions) defeated KENTA & Naomichi Marufuji (Jr. Tag Champions) in 28 minutes, 39 seconds when Misawa used an Emerald Flowsion on Marufuji for the win.
8. GHC Heavyweight Title Match: Kenta Kobashi defeated Yoshihiro Takayama in 28 minutes, 47 seconds with a moonsault press. Kobashi's 8th successful title defense.
No Doug Williams :mad: Which is a shame as he is normally on these NOAH Tours. Anyway, I'd be quite interested in seeing Kobashi Vs Takayama, Im shure that could possibly one of the better match's. Ogawa/Misawa Vs KENTA/Marufuji also Should be another Phenomanal Match up. I think those match's COULD Steal the show.
