AMERICA’S MOST WANTED TO OFFICIALLY “BURY THE CAREERS” OF TEAM 3D ON “iMPACT!”
On Tuesday in Orlando, Florida prior to the “iMPACT!” tapings, America’s Most Wanted invited friends and family to a local funeral home for the official “burial” of Team 3D’s wrestling careers, the footage of which will be shown this Saturday night on SpikeTV at 11PM ET.
The service saw several TNA in attendance, including NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett, Gail Kim, Team Canada, Abyss and James Mitchell, who provided a eulogy for Team 3D.
The visitor registry also included several interesting names from Connecticut who reportedly traveled to Orlando earlier that day to pay their final respects to the careers of Team 3D.
To be fair, they do need to keep them in storylines without them actually being there, since they're in Japan at the moment, just to keep building heat and add a lot more heat for their PPV match. Personally I'd've just had them interrupt a Jarrett & Co in-ring promo on the last episode of Impact with a pre-taped video promo, saying they would be coming to destroy them on the PPV.
