Tanigawa (K-1 producer) announced "X", Tanahashi's mystery opponent, as WCW trueborn and recent WWE wrestler, Sean O'Haire (6'5"/273lbs). Tanahashi was not pleased with the announcement, as he was expecting someone else (like Brock Lesnar or The Predator), and said he doesn't want K-1 to "corrode professional wrestling". It isn't quite official yet, but is more or less. Bad news for the 5/3 Tokyo Dome show, however. It doesn't look like it'll get the special "golden time" slot that TV Asahi promised for major shows. Some of the matches have been set up to draw a big TV rating, but if the broadcast is in a later timeslot, that will be hard.

Nice to see O Haire going some place and actually being used. IMO i think He's going to lose, That way it can boost Tanahashi. I Cant see O Haire drawing in any more people to be honest.

Whats Your Thoughts?

I don't mind whether if he jobs or not, its all about him being used and having a match that he was lacking of in his time in the WWE. But anyway its good that he is getting used, and enabling him to show what he can do and show the WWE what they missed out on.
