Punk has that tattoo (although he doesn't have the white stripe in the middle -- it's just skin colored on him)... it's his drink of choice... hence his finisher, the "Pepsi Plunge" (which is really just a top-rope pedigree).

It goes along with the strait edge thing too. he doesn't drink alcohol. he drinks pepsi. Because he's better than you.
