From Matt's latest commentary on TheMattHardy.com:

I'm gonna take a vacation to Orlando on July 17th through the 19th, should be fun. I have so many great projects I'm working on--some wrestling related and some not.

July 17 is the date of No Surrender. Do you think that's when he'll debut?

That sounds like Hardy outright letting people know he's going to be a part of the TNA show without completely saying it officially yet.

Can TNA promote him post-June ppv that he will be coming in for the next ppv or do they have to hold off completely til July 11 to even use his name on TNA programming?

Slammaversery is on the 19th. The King of the Mountain match has a Wild Card Entrant and I think its pretty obvious that it is Matt Hardy that will be the Wild Card. With TNA making the move to Monday nights I reckon Matt Hardy is going to be key to their product. TNA should push Hardy hard, really hard because he has the tools to be a top guy in any wrestling company. Would they give him the title on his first appearence?

Yea, I assumed the same when I read about it a while ago. I posted a news report on one site saying that there was a possbility of Matt debuting at No Surrender. I think it's a safe bet that he will. It's only a day after his ROH debut match too. But then again, maybe he'll just be backstage doing some negotiations or something.

I would love for Matt to be the wildcard, but he can't. His no-compete clause runs out on July 11th, not June. So that basically sets him up for No Surrender.

Crap, I was wondering when his no compete clause would run out. Looks like he is headed for No Surrender which is really perfect timing for TNA seeing as that they're Monday night time slot is coming up as well. Matt is quite possibly one of those guys that could lead TNA to the promised land of becoming at least a thorn in the side of the WWE.
