we see footage from Last nights backlash when Eric Bischoff beat Shane McMahon with the help of Stone Cold Steve Austin. The opening video rolls and we are live in Calgary.
Eric Bischoff's music hits and out comes the Gm of RAW.
Eric: Ladies and gentleman. Last night you witnessed the most shocking event in the history of the WWE. Last night I defeated Shane McMahon in a lumberjack match. So what that means is I know own Smackdown. But there is one question I have been asked ever since i beat Shane. And that question is "Eric what will you do with Smackdown?" Well I have decided that I will not throw Smackdown in the toilet. instead I have decided That I am going to keep Smackdown around. And I am going to name a new GM of Smackdown right now. And not only will he be the new GM but he will also be the sole owner of Smackdown. So ladies and gentleman allow me to introduce to you the new General Manager of Smackdown. Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Stone Cold comes to the ring to a crowd full of boos and "you sold out chants"...Austin gets in the ring and gets a mic.
Austin: If I could have your attention for a moment. Last night I made a huge decision. I decided to join the Bischoff Alliance and I now once again am the GM of Smackdown. Vince McMahon i have told you time and time again that you cannot get rid of old Stone Cold. It aint gonna happen. And bottom line is Vince. Stone Cold is back. And he's back for good. And there aint a damn thign you can do about it. And tonight Eric I give you my services for whatever you need.
Eric:Stone Cold as a matter of fact there is something you can do. As of right now you are officially the new sheriff on RAW for One Night Only. So Stone Cold you may whipe whoever's ass you want but for one night only. And Stone Cold later tonight we will offcially sign the contract for you to be the sole owner of Smackdown. Also I said I had a huge announcement concerning the June PPV Judgement Day. ya see back in the WCW days we had a PPV called Fall Brawl, War Games.. Well I have decides to replace Judgement Day with WWE War Games. Two Rings....Double Cage... 2 Teams..One winner..it will be RAW vs Smackdown. 5 RAW guys and 5 Smackdown shows. we will see who the most Surperior Brand is. And I cant wait for RAW to kick ass....
Austin and Bischoff shake hands and walk to the back as the crowd boos.
JR:Well I'll be damned. i cannot believe what we have just seen. I never thought I would ever see Stone Cold Steve Austin and Eric Bischoff shake hands on RAW. What the hell else can happen here tonight. Also what about that huge announcement concerning hte june PPV. War Games. I cant wait for that. King what a night that will be.
King:JR do you know what this means. This means WCW is back in town. This place wont be the same after Fall Brawl. I dont like this JR one bit.
JR:Well King in any event tonight may be the beginning of a new era becaue tonight Stone Cold is back as the sheriff on RAW but I have a feeling this is not the Stone Cold we all love because Austin is now part of the Bischoff Alliance. This cant be good King.

After the break we see Stone Cold walking down a hall in the back. He stops outside Kurt Angle's locker room. He goes inside. He and Kurt shake hands. Kurt asks Austin why he joined the Alliance. Austin says he did it because he wants to be part of a winning team and he also wants to still be apart of RAW. Kurt then says that if Austin needs anythign all he has to do is ask and it will be taken care of. Austin says ok. Then Charlie Haas walks in. Charlie and Kurt shake hands. Austin asks who he is. Charlie introduces himself. Austin asks Haas why he is on RAW since he is a Smackdown superstar. Haas says he is here for the same reason Austin is. To be on a winning team. Haas and Austin shake hands. Austint he opens the door and Shelton Benjamin runs in and tackles Haas. Kurt breaks them up and asks why Shelton is on RAW. Austin says he is the newest member of the RAW roster. Kurt is mad because his plans have been ruined. Austin laughs and walks off.

Match: Matt Hardy Version 2 vs Paul London
Before the match starts matt says that he is going to prove that he has what it takes to be a part of the Bischoff Alliance. Matt the cheap shots London. Matt hits London with repeated right hands until London is opened up. Matt then goes outside and gets a chair. He hits London in the head with it and the Ref calls for the bell. That doesnt stop hardy as he continues to beat down London. He continues to assault London until more referees come down to try and stop Hardy. hardy hits all of them and then continues to assault London. Finally John Cena and Randy Orton come out to the stage. Orton says that Hardy has proved his point and that if he wants to become a part of the greatest faction of all time then he will have to prove one more thing. he will have to beat both Orton and Cena next week in a handicap match and if he does he can be a part of the Alliance. Hardy agree to the match. they all leave

After the match Stone Cold is walking in the back when he rusn into the Hurricane. Austins ays that he is tired of watching Hurricane run around like he is some kind of damn superhero. Austin says that tonight the Hurricane will have a match against Kane. Hurricane says that he is a superhero but Austin is a super jackass. That erned Hurricane a right hand and a beat down from Austin. The crowd got all over Austin

After the break Stone Cold went back into Eric Bischoff’s office. Eric asked Austin what he had been doing all night. Austin said he had just been whipping ass. Eric said that he was so glad Austin had joined the Biscoff Alliance. Austin said he should have done this a long time ago but he kept listening to Vince McMahon. Austin said he was now at home and this would be where he stayed. The he said he was glad he was going to be the GM of Smackdown. He said he was going tot urn Smackdown around. Austint hen asked if he could possibly have a few RAW stars to take with him to Smackdown. Eric said yes he would give Austin a few wrestlers to take with him to Smackdown. Austin said he would decide who he wanted and let Bischoff know. Eric said okay and they shook hands.

Match: The Hurricane vs Kane
Hurricane comes out holding his ribs where Stone Cold hit him earlier. Kane came out and went straight to work on Hurri. Hurri got in no offensive moves. Kane gave him several big boota but Hurricane just kept getting up for more. Finally Kane ended it with a massive chokeslam to win the match.
Winner: Kane
After the match Kane got a mic and said that he was tired of not having a good opponent. He said that he wanted to start his quest for the World Title. Then all of a sudden the lights went out and The Undertaker’s music started. Out came Paul Bearer. The out came the Undertaker. Taker got a mic and started to speak but the crowd was too loud. The crowd gave Tker a hug huge pop. Taker said that he was on Smackdown for a while. And while he was there he was thinking about the old days. He said he was thinking about when he and Kane were kids and they burned down the Funeral Home their parents owned. Taker then said he remembered a time when Kane was ruthless. A time when Kane took no prisoners. But now Kane is nothing more than a joke. But that can all change if Kane will allow it. Taker said there once was a time when He and Kane were the most destructive force in the WWE. There once was a time when nobody could stop Kane and the Undertaker. Taker then said he had a proposition for Kane. Taker said he and Kane should get back together and reform the brothers of destruction. Kane cracked a smile. Taker then said they should go after the tag team titles again. He said they could once again be the most dominant force in the WWE once again. Kane said he would think about it. Kan then go out of the ring and walked up the ramp as Taker’s music started again. Taker and Kane stared each other down as we went to break.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------After the break Chris Jericho was in his locker room when Randy Orton and John Cena walked in. Cena asked Jericho if he thought he had a chance tonight against Kurt in their title match. Jericho said he always has a chance no matter what the odds are. Jericho then said if Cena and Orton didnt get out of his locker room then he would beat their asses. Orton said he would like to see him try and beat their asses. Jericho then hit Orton in the face which caused Cena to attack Jericho and then we had a two on one fight. Orton and Cena did a number on Jericho and left him bloody in his locker room.

Match: Booker T. vs Scott Steiner
#1 Contender Match for I.C. Title
Booker started the match off with a spin kick to Steiner. Steiner got back up and gave Booker a clothesline. Steiner then got Booker and put him in the Steiner Recliner. Booker was able to get to the ropes and forced steiner to break the hold. Steiner pulled Booker back to the center of then ring. He tried to put Booker back in the recliner but this time Booker rolled Steiner up and almost got a 3 count. Steiner got up but Booker gave him a drop kick sending him back to the mat. Booker then went tot the top rope for Houston Hangover (formerly known as the Harlem Hangover). Booker missed the move and Steiner took advantage. He gave Booker 3 belly to belly suplexes. Steiner then went to the middle rope and hit booker with a leg drop. He covered Booker but Booker kicked out. Booker then got up and hit the Bookend out of nowhere. He covered Steiner and got the 1..2..3..
Winner: Booker T.

After the match Coach was backstage and asked Kurt if he had a plan to beat Jericho tonight. Kurt said he always has a plan. He said that he has the Alliance behind him and they will do whatever it takes to make Kurt walk out of that match still the champ. Coach then asks Kurt if he realizes that Stone Cold just announced that he is banning the Alliance from ringside. And if they interfere in the match Kurt will lose his title. Kurt asks Coach where he got his information. Coach says he got it from Stone Cold. Kurt is furious and walks off to Eric Bischoff’s office.

After the break Kurt barges Into Eric Bischoff's office. H easked Eric whay the hell Austin banned The Alliance from ringside. Eric told Kurt that Austin porbably has a plan to help Kurt win becaue Stone Cold would not steer him wrong. Kurt says that he thinks Austin is just on another power trip and if he were here he would tell Austin exactly what he thinks of him. The camera pans out to reveal Austin standing behind Kurt. Kurt turns around and Austin says that he banned Alliance from ringside because Kurt needs to show that he is a real champion. Kurt has already proved he has what it takes to be an olympic gold medalist and tonight he should be able to succefully defend his title without the help of the Alliance. Kurt smiles and tells Austin is right.Kurt shakes hands with Austin and walks out. Austin smiles at Bischoff and we go to the ring.

Match: La' Resistance(c) vs Dudley Boyz--World Tag Team Titles
Buh Buh and Rob Conway start the match off.Buh Buh hits Conway with a clothesline and take Conway to the mat. Conway gets back to his feet only to be knocked back down by Dudley with another clothesline. COnway had all he wanted as he tagged in Renee Dupree. Dupree ran at Dudley only to recieve a clothesline as well . Dupree tagged Conway back in and Buh Buh tagged in D-Von. D-Von got in and went to work on Dupree but Dupree gave DVon a rake to the eyes.Dupree sends DVon to teh outside and Conway goes to work on him as Dupree distracts the referee. Conway sends DVon into the ring steps. Conway rolls DVon back into the ring. Dupree covers him but DVon kicks out. Dupree puts DVon in a sleaper and we are locked into a sitting contest. Back and forth. The ref checks DVons hand and DVon is still here. Finally DVon fights to his feet and hits Dupree with a few shots to the mid section. He sends Dupree into the ropes but Dupree slaps the sleeper back on DVon. We go back to the same thing until Buh Buh gets tired of it and knocks Dupree off od DVon. The ref forces Buh Buh back out. DVon hits Dupree with a low blow and heads for Buh Buh. He makes the tag to Buh Buh as Dupree gets the tag to Conway. Buh Buh takes out Conway followed by Dupree. Buh Buh is on a roll until he is the last one stanbding in the ring. The crowd starts the "We want tables chant". Buh Buh abliges and calls for the tables. DVon gets a table and slides it into the ring. Buh Buh sets it up and then gets ready for the 3D on Conway until Dupree pulls the table out of the way. Dupree then sets DVon up for a suplex through the table but Buh Buh pulls the table out of the way. Buh Buh then throws Dupree out of the ring and hits the 3D on Conway. Buh Buh covers Dupree and gets the 1..2..3. to become the new Tag Team Champions
Winner: Dudley Boyz----New Tag Team Champions

After the match the Interview that JR did with David Flair that was taped earlier is aired.
JR asked David why he turned on his father again. David said he was tired of watching his father get his ass beat week after week. He says he knew that if he kicked his fathers ass he knew he would go away and then there would be no more Ric Flair.
JR then asked David why he changed his last name to Bischoff. David said he was tired of carrying the Flair name. He said all his life people have laughed at him because his dad was so old and was still wrestling. Or trying to wrestle. He said that all his life his dad never did any favors for him and all his life all he wanted was his fathers love but all he got was letters from the road promising that when he got home they would play catch or go to a movie or a baseball game. But when he got home all he did was pack and go back out on the road. And I thought I would give him a taste of his own medicine.
JR asked him what he is going to do when his fahter returns next week. David acted as if he didnt know his father was returning. David says that when his father does come back he is going to do the same thing he did 3 weeks ago. He is going to look his dad in the face and spit right in his face. Then heis going to beat the hell out of him. David says that next week IF his father does show up he will beat the hell out of him so bad that his father wont be able to walk. He then says he was ashamed to be a Flair. The camera fades out on David's face.

Match:Chris Jericho vs Kurt Angle
World Heavyweight Championship
The match started with Jericho hitting Kurt with a tackle to the mat and then Kurt got out of the ring and started walkign around outside of it. Jericho gave chase until Kurt ran around and got back in the ring. Jericho got back in as well and swung at Kurt but Kurt again rolled out of the ring. Kurt satrted walking back up the ramp until he was counted out. The ref anounced Jericho as the winner but Kurt is still the cahmp due to the count out rule. Jericho is pissed until Stone Cold comes out still wearing his black suit and announces that he forgot to mention this match was a no count out match. So the match will continue. Kurt reluctantly got back in the ring and he and Jericho lock up . Kurt hit Jericho with a low blow and rolls back out of the ring. Kurt grabbed a chair and hit Jericho in the head opening him up. The ref called for the bell and Kurt again got his belt and made it half way up the ramp until Stone Cold came back out and annoucned that he had also forgot about telling Kurt the match was also a no DQ match. Kurt is really mad and starts to argue with Austin. Jericho comes up behing Kurt and hits him with a chair. Austin just laughs. Jericho takes Kurt back to the ring and puts him in the Walls. Kurt quickly gets to the ropes and Jericho breaks the hold. Jericho walks over to Kurt but Kurt pokes Jericho in the eye. Kurt then gives jericho the Angle Slam and the cover but Jericho kicks out. Kurt cant believe Jericho kicked out. Kurt gets back up and sets Jericho up for another Angle Slam but Jericho reversed it into the Walls. Kurt gets tot he ropes and Jericho pulls him back to the center of the ring. Austin meanwhile had made his way to ringside. Kurt again makes his way to the ropes but this time he makes it. Austin reached out and knocks Kurt's hand off the rope. Jericho then pulls Kurt back to the middle of the ring. Kurt has no choice but to tap out.
Winner:Chris Jericho--New World Champion
After the match Jericho got his title and walked up the ramp to the back. Meanwhile Kurt realizes he has just lost the title and is furious. He starts throwing things at ringside.

After the break there is a red carpet and a desk in the ring. Eric comes out first. He announces that tonight will change the course of history. He says that back in WCW when he fired Stone Cold he figured there would be some hard feelings between the two of them. He then says that he was surprised when Stone Cold came to him with a plan to beat Shane McMahon. He says at first he was reluctant to say yes but then he knew austin was serious when he showed up in a black suit and tie. He then introduces Stone Cold. Austin comes out with his black suit and tie. He gets in the ring and Eric signs the contract. He hands it to Austin. Austin starts to sign it but stops and gets a mic. He says that before he signs the contract he just wants to say it has been an honor to work with Eric tonight. Austin then says that the contract says that Austin gets 2 RAW superstars of his choosing. Eric agrees.Austin signs the contract. There is a man with a camera. Austin and Eric shake hands for the camera. Eric raises Austin's hand. Austin calls for some beer but Eric says it would not be professional to drink beer. Austin agrees. Eric starts to get out of the ring but Austin turns Bischoff around and gives him a stunner. Austin then stares at Bischoff's limp body in the ring and rips pff the suit and tie. Austin then gets a mic and tells Bischoff thank you for giving him back smackdown and then calls him a jackass. Austin then calls for some beer as the rest of the Alliance runs down to the ring. Austin grabs the contract and rolls out of the ring. Austin runs back up the ramp.. Austin then gives The Alliance the finger.
Raw goes off the air with Eric Bischoff laying in the center of the ring with the Alliacne all standing in the ring around him.

He tried to put Booker back in the recliner but this time Booker rolled Steiner up and almost got a 3 count. Steiner got up but Booker gave him a drop kick sending him back to the mat. Booker then went tot the top rope for Houston Hangover (formerly known as the Harlem Hangover). Booker missed the move and Steiner took advantage. He gave Booker 3 belly to belly suplexes. Steiner then went to the middle rope and hit booker with a leg drop. He covered Booker but Booker kicked out. Booker then got up and hit the Bookend out of nowhere. He covered Steiner and got the 1..2..3..

After the match Coach was backstage and asked Kurt if he had a plan to beat Jericho tonight. Kurt said he always has a plan. He said that he has the Alliance behind him and they will do whatever it takes to make Kurt walk out of that match still the champ. Coach then asks Kurt if he realizes that Stone Cold just announced that he is banning the Alliance from ringside. And if they interfere in the match Kurt will lose his title. Kurt asks Coach where he got his information. Coach says he got it from Stone Cold. Kurt is furious and walks off to Eric Bischoff’s office.

After the break Kurt barges Into Eric Bischoff's office. H easked Eric whay the hell Austin banned The Alliance from ringside. Eric told Kurt that Austin porbably has a plan to help Kurt win becaue Stone Cold would not steer him wrong. Kurt says that he thinks Austin is just on another power trip and if he were here he would tell Austin exactly what he thinks of him. The camera pans out to reveal Austin standing behind Kurt. Kurt turns around and Austin says that he banned Alliance from ringside because Kurt needs to show that he is a real champion. Kurt has already proved he has what it takes to be an olympic gold medalist and tonight he should be able to succefully defend his title without the help of the Alliance. Kurt smiles and tells Austin is right.Kurt shakes hands with Austin and walks out. Austin smiles at Bischoff and we go to the ring.

Match: La' Resistance(c) vs Dudley Boyz--World Tag Team Titles
Buh Buh and Rob Conway start the match off.Buh Buh hits Conway with a clothesline and take Conway to the mat. Conway gets back to his feet only to be knocked back down by Dudley with another clothesline. COnway had all he wanted as he tagged in Renee Dupree. Dupree ran at Dudley only to recieve a clothesline as well . Dupree tagged Conway back in and Buh Buh tagged in D-Von. D-Von got in and went to work on Dupree but Dupree gave DVon a rake to the eyes.Dupree sends DVon to teh outside and Conway goes to work on him as Dupree distracts the referee. Conway sends DVon into the ring steps. Conway rolls DVon back into the ring. Dupree covers him but DVon kicks out. Dupree puts DVon in a sleaper and we are locked into a sitting contest. Back and forth. The ref checks DVons hand and DVon is still here. Finally DVon fights to his feet and hits Dupree with a few shots to the mid section. He sends Dupree into the ropes but Dupree slaps the sleeper back on DVon. We go back to the same thing until Buh Buh gets tired of it and knocks Dupree off od DVon. The ref forces Buh Buh back out. DVon hits Dupree with a low blow and heads for Buh Buh. He makes the tag to Buh Buh as Dupree gets the tag to Conway. Buh Buh takes out Conway followed by Dupree. Buh Buh is on a roll until he is the last one stanbding in the ring. The crowd starts the "We want tables chant". Buh Buh abliges and calls for the tables. DVon gets a table and slides it into the ring. Buh Buh sets it up and then gets ready for the 3D on Conway until Dupree pulls the table out of the way. Dupree then sets DVon up for a suplex through the table but Buh Buh pulls the table out of the way. Buh Buh then throws Dupree out of the ring and hits the 3D on Conway. Buh Buh covers Dupree and gets the 1..2..3. to become the new Tag Team Champions

After the match the Interview that JR did with David Flair that was taped earlier is aired.
JR asked David why he turned on his father again. David said he was tired of watching his father get his ass beat week after week. He says he knew that if he kicked his fathers ass he knew he would go away and then there would be no more Ric Flair.
JR then asked David why he changed his last name to Bischoff. David said he was tired of carrying the Flair name. He said all his life people have laughed at him because his dad was so old and was still wrestling. Or trying to wrestle. He said that all his life his dad never did any favors for him and all his life all he wanted was his fathers love but all he got was letters from the road promising that when he got home they would play catch or go to a movie or a baseball game. But when he got home all he did was pack and go back out on the road. And I thought I would give him a taste of his own medicine.
JR asked him what he is going to do when his fahter returns next week. David acted as if he didnt know his father was returning. David says that when his father does come back he is going to do the same thing he did 3 weeks ago. He is going to look his dad in the face and spit right in his face. Then heis going to beat the hell out of him. David says that next week IF his father does show up he will beat the hell out of him so bad that his father wont be able to walk. He then says he was ashamed to be a Flair. The camera fades out on David's face.

Match:Chris Jericho vs Kurt Angle
World Heavyweight Championship
The match started with Jericho hitting Kurt with a tackle to the mat and then Kurt got out of the ring and started walkign around outside of it. Jericho gave chase until Kurt ran around and got back in the ring. Jericho got back in as well and swung at Kurt but Kurt again rolled out of the ring. Kurt satrted walking back up the ramp until he was counted out. The ref anounced Jericho as the winner but Kurt is still the cahmp due to the count out rule. Jericho is pissed until Stone Cold comes out still wearing his black suit and announces that he forgot to mention this match was a no count out match. So the match will continue. Kurt reluctantly got back in the ring and he and Jericho lock up . Kurt hit Jericho with a low blow and rolls back out of the ring. Kurt grabbed a chair and hit Jericho in the head opening him up. The ref called for the bell and Kurt again got his belt and made it half way up the ramp until Stone Cold came back out and annoucned that he had also forgot about telling Kurt the match was also a no DQ match. Kurt is really mad and starts to argue with Austin. Jericho comes up behing Kurt and hits him with a chair. Austin just laughs. Jericho takes Kurt back to the ring and puts him in the Walls. Kurt quickly gets to the ropes and Jericho breaks the hold. Jericho walks over to Kurt but Kurt pokes Jericho in the eye. Kurt then gives jericho the Angle Slam and the cover but Jericho kicks out. Kurt cant believe Jericho kicked out. Kurt gets back up and sets Jericho up for another Angle Slam but Jericho reversed it into the Walls. Kurt gets tot he ropes and Jericho pulls him back to the center of the ring. Austin meanwhile had made his way to ringside. Kurt again makes his way to the ropes but this time he makes it. Austin reached out and knocks Kurt's hand off the rope. Jericho then pulls Kurt back to the middle of the ring. Kurt has no choice but to tap out.
Winner:Chris Jericho--New World Champion
After the match Jericho got his title and walked up the ramp to the back. Meanwhile Kurt realizes he has just lost the title and is furious. He starts throwing things at ringside.

After the break there is a red carpet and a desk in the ring. Eric comes out first. He announces that tonight will change the course of history. He says that back in WCW when he fired Stone Cold he figured there would be some hard feelings between the two of them. He then says that he was surprised when Stone Cold came to him with a plan to beat Shane McMahon. He says at first he was reluctant to say yes but then he knew austin was serious when he showed up in a black suit and tie. He then introduces Stone Cold. Austin comes out with his black suit and tie. He gets in the ring and Eric signs the contract. He hands it to Austin. Austin starts to sign it but stops and gets a mic. He says that before he signs the contract he just wants to say it has been an honor to work with Eric tonight. Austin then says that the contract says that Austin gets 2 RAW superstars of his choosing. Eric agrees.Austin signs the contract. There is a man with a camera. Austin and Eric shake hands for the camera. Eric raises Austin's hand. Austin calls for some beer but Eric says it would not be professional to drink beer. Austin agrees. Eric starts to get out of the ring but Austin turns Bischoff around and gives him a stunner. Austin then stares at Bischoff's limp body in the ring and rips pff the suit and tie. Austin then gets a mic and tells Bischoff thank you for giving him back smackdown and then calls him a jackass. Austin then calls for some beer as the rest of the Alliance runs down to the ring. Austin grabs the contract and rolls out of the ring. Austin runs back up the ramp.. Austin then gives The Alliance the finger.
Raw goes off the air with Eric Bischoff laying in the center of the ring with the Alliacne all standing in the ring around him.
