according to NOAH "Green Destiny" fansite;
"GHC Heavyweight champion Kenta Kobashi stated today revealed that he was already in the final stages of planning an American excursion this year. Kobashi has already applied for a visa and has referenced this spring as a possible time for his excursion. Kobashi said that an American excursion was a dream of his and that it would not be possible for him to lose the GHC Heavyweight belt that he has held for nearly 2 years just months short of his dream. Kobashi thus guaranteed a win against Takeshi Rikio at the March 5th Tokyo Nippon Budokan show. "
here is a little bit more from World Wide Wrestling;
"GHC Heavyweight Champ Kenta Kobashi announced today that he plans on defending his GHC Heavyweight Title in the United States very soon and has applied for a work visa in the US. Kobashi said that all of his plans do depend on him defeating Takeshi Rikio on 3/5 at Nippon Budokan Hall to retain his title but he thinks that he will come out on top. Kobashi said that he wants to defend the GHC Title like the NWA Champs used to defend back in the 70’s & 80’s and make the GHC a worldwide title. "
I'd mark like a mother ****er if he turned up in RoH....I'd especially love to see Joe Vs. Kobashi! Considering thing's, I'm sure Joe/Kobashi is the big "Indy Dream match" at the moment.....
