Spanish Project

Okay you guys, I have a Spanish project coming up where we need to make menus for our fake resurants in Spanish speaking countries. So I chose Mexico, deciding to name my resturant "El Luchador Mexicano" (The Mexican Wrestler). Anyway, I figured I'd name dishes after Mexican wrestlers (Los Guerreros Fajitas, Mysterio Quesadilla) so I need you guys to give me some mexican wrestlers so I can complete the menu. If you want to be really nice, you could give me a good name for a dish. Remember it has to be food from Mexico. Thanks in advance.

Mils Mascaras, Juventued Guerrera, La Parka, Super Crazy. Those are a few, my knoledge of Mexican wrestling is kinda limited.

Jahitas (sp?) would be a dish I think. If it's wrong, forgive me. Like Kid, my knowledge on Mexico is limited, although I would love to go there on holiday some time.

Fajitas, Tacos, Nachos, Burritos, those are all the foods I can think of at the moment. But I have no clue on Mexican wrestlers :confused:

So far I've only got Chavo Chalupas, Eddie Enchiladas, and Mysterio Margaritas(sp?). I know you guys can think of more. You guys know TNA, there must be some mexicans there. And when I say think of the dishes, I don't mean give me actual Mexican dishes, do what Master Chief did. But remember, you could always name some wrestlers and that should be enough help. :).
