Velocity Main Event

[The Kid]

I'm not sure if I'm the only one here who watched Velocity but I just had to rant and rave about that main event. For those who didn't watch it was Rey Mysterio vs. Billy Kidman vs. Nunzio vs. Akio. It could be argued that the match was somewhat of a spotfest but even if it was it entertained the hell out of me. I'm starting to find that Velocity has the best wrestling out of any WWE shows.

I seen the match and honestly, Velocity is only 30 minutes and a main star away from actually being the best secondary show the WWE put out since the early days of Heat, which would be a true accomplishment.

I don't really think that they need big name stars wrestling there on a consistant basis. I think that they should stop showing highlights of Smackdown and stick to just matches. If that happened then maybe they could have storylines for it and Sean O'Haire and Kanyon and Spanky wouldn't have just been thrown away. The WWE has a ton of talent it's just they only know how to use a certain percentage of them.

I have always prefered velocity and Heat matches because we see skill not mic skills or we don't see storylines interrupting the match. I loved the fatal 4 way. I just wish they could put velocity on a different day because I never get the chance to watch it.

I thought it was a great match. But i like the story part alot. Velocity and heat dont really have storylines. I like the mixture.
