I just want to make a topic about driving. What was the most embarrasing thing you did while driving, or what was the time you got really pissed off while driving. Tell us of what things you did whether it is embarrasing, or what made you angry or what makes you feel driving is not what it was a few year ago until cameras took over the roads.
I think the most embarassing thing happened to me yesterday. And i didn't half feel like an idiot. I feel stupid by telling it, just goes to show that yesterday wasn't my day on driving on little mistakes i did. And one of them could of caused a crash. But anyway, here we go. Laugh all you want, because myself i find it funny.
Well i was on my way down to my local town, and there was a round about controlled by lots of lights. So i pulled up the lights we're red, sat there patiently listening to music, i was watching the wrong lights wasn't i, so when i was watching another exits lights i saw them change to green, know and behold i pull away, and realise that cars we're still coming round, and i was like oh **** when i realised my light was still red, so i am sitting just about 15 yards over my line, like an idiot. God knows what others behind me were thinking. :laughing: I felt like a right prat, and thank god no cops were around or red light cameras, try explaining that to them. So i was there today again, but i made sure i was paying attention to the right lights so the same escipade of yesterday didn't happen again.
The only things that annoy me about other things is, selfishness. You let them out when they want to be out, but when it comes to them letting you out it's no chance your getting out. I was sitting at a junction nothing coming on the left side, and i was wanting to turn right, signal on the right, and there was a set of lights on my left, and the light was red, so the cars were going nowhere, but not even one would let me out knowing they are not going yet, and theres nothing coming on the left side. Leaving me there shouting "come on man theres nothing coming you tight arsed gets" But there not going anywhere since the lights are red, they could have the decency to stop and let me go, so that would save me sitting there wondering whether i have to wait until someone is kind enough to let me go, and by the time that happens there will be cars coming on both sides. Nothing annoys me more.
