how come when i try to put a gif in my sig, it comes up as a link? here it is

yea its a problem with me too. i tryed to post some pics in girls section and the hyperlink came up so i had to put * there. i was banned at Iow one time becasue of this.

Take the http// and the www. part out of it :winkok:

And when posting pics just use the image option :)

Make sure the end of the site ends with any one of these, .jpg and .gif

That should work.

Yup, The Road Warrior is right, you can't use the img code to show pictures unless the link ends with the appropriate file extension.

I've done it before, I tried to link to an attatchment on another forum, but it just came up as a hyperlink.

I gotta question about sigs too, whats the file size limit for sigs if there is one? I've looked around a lot for it but couldn't find it.
