As the days get closer to Backlash, so does the last Raw before the brand only PPV. The Raw rating has dropped, after it gained momentum after the lottery. The question is will the Raw before Backlash get fans to tune in on Sunday, April 18th?

Backlash looks totally week to me. Sure, we have the "Rematch to end all Rematches", but why would I pay to see the same match, likely not as good as the one I already saw, again? And the undercard is really not doing much for me either. About the only thing that has me considering it is Edge v Kane, but really, I'm not going to pay 35 bucks for one match and a few I've already seen before.

I am going to Backlash and to me the card does look pretty crappy thier are only 3 matches that really grab me: Kane VS Edge, wrestlemania rematch and Foley vs. Orton.

Savage, at least they're not trying to sell you Judgement Day! We've got that to look forward here in LA, and I'll be damned if I'm going to pay a single cent to Eddie Guerrero, who I love dearly, do his best to carry Bradshaw through a main event! What a joke!!

I don't ever remember seeing Bradshaw being in a singles match.. probably for good reason. I the tickets went on sale in december so I bought them without hesitation I thought that in the shadow of 'Mania they could atleast give me a quarter of 'mania quality but no. thier is still one more show perhaps they will wriggle in some kind of other good match in thier. maybe a tag title match or Batista in a match. I don't regret buying the ticket because this city is lucky to even get the WWE here again. Last time Raw came some dumb ass ran into the ring and pushed the ladder over while eddy was climbing it. so now that a PPV is coming I am verry gratefull.

The only match that looks good is Foley vs.Orton.
WWE need to do some serious work to convince people that Backlash will be worth the money. I think the rumoured ladder element should be added to the triple-threat, Benjamin should face Batista, Trish should be taken out of the Jericho vs Christian match and Matt Hardy should be put on the PPV somewhere, possibly against Garrison Cade, or at least give him a feud and not just random matches to put over other people. If all these happen it actually woouldn't be a bad card.

I would want to see matt hardy at Backlash or atleast on Heat. I really hope I get to see Batista in Action he is one of my favorites.
