Out of all the titles in WWE, pick the person who should hold it and why.
World Heavyweight Championship - Edge (as heel) because I like his new attitude and hes completely right when he says he deserved the shot I mean he's never had a title shot.
WWE Championship - Kurt Angle because he's the only one there worhty of holding that title except for Eddie but he's held it more recently.
World Tag Team Titles - Ric Flair & Batista because there needs to be a heel tag team on Raw other than La Resistance.
WWE Tag Team Titles - Paul London & Chavo Guerrero because I really liked Paul London as the co-champ but since kidman went heel it wouldnt work.
Intercontinental Championship - Randy Orton because he's the man.
US Championship - Charlie Haas because he's a great technical wrestler.
Womens Title - Trish cuz shes hot and a great wreslter
Cruiserweight Title - Rey Mysterio because hes the best flippidy flappidy guy.

Jesus alot of regression in this thread. Orton as the IC champion.... he doesnt need it. Edge as the World champio. Hasnt proved himself in the ring yet since his return. But I'll take part anyway.
Raw:
WorldHeavyweight Title: Chris Jericho [My man Y2J is long overdue another title run. He has been one of Raws top fixture for way too long. Everytime he gets close to the title he gets bumped down to take on Batista or Tomoko. Guve Jericho his due.]
Intercontinental Title: Shelton Benjamin [Mac disagrees here but I think Benjamin should be the man with the strap right now. In the ring Shelton is in the mold of Kurt Angle and soon will be untouchable. His character needs the strap right now because it will help him to develop a persona of some kind. And Taboo Tuesday has shown that Benjamin is over]
World Tag Titles: Steven Richards & Val Venis [WWE please throw these two togeather. With some build up these two could be an unbelievable tag team]
Womens Champion: Dont give a flying ****
Smackdown!
WWE Champion: Booker T[I think the WWE maybe headed in this direction. JBL has been a good persona champ but as an in ring champion he isnt up to much unless its a gimmick match. Booker T has charisma and the in ring skills to be the face champion that Smackdown! needs right now.]
US Champion: Charlie Haas [Quit messing Haas around and just give him this strap. As far as in ring skills go it is hard to find anyone up to the level of Charlie Haas. Miss Jackie has added a new dimension to his character which if given a enough time could be a good platform to work off of. The US title needs an in ring champion. Cena isnt up to the same level of Haas in the ring, neither is Carlito and so I think this title needs to be given back that pure wrestling feel that Eddie Gurrero could bring to it. Haas for champ!]
Cruiserweight Title: Paul London [London proved to the brass and the fans just how good he bloody well is in his Kiddman feud. When he returns Paul should go gunning for Spike right away. Let him go through both Bubba and D-Von before getting the gold]
WWE Tag Team Titles: FBI [If ever there was a team that is long over due a title run it is the FBI. Stamboli and Nunzio are a unique team on Smackdown! at the moment. You have Stambolis brute strength yet emense skills mixed with Nunzio all round wrestling knowledge. They have a great gimmick and can play face or heel. FBI would give so much to the titles.]

World Heavyweight champion- Chris Benoit. Triple H adds very little to the shows as it's champion. He barely ever wrestles and the title is essentially never defended. I think that a change of pace is needed for the title and I think that Benoit would be the best choice. He will wrestle on every Raw and will usually produce the best match on that card. I'd love to see Benoit vs. Christian, Benoit vs. Edge and Benoit vs. Jericho every week on Raw.
WWE Champion- Eddie Guerrero. Guerrero gets my vote for the most part because of the fact that his initial title reign was handled terribly and from the get go he was booked to look weak which in turn decreased the value of the title. I think that in this time around Guerrero should be booked to be much stronger and it should start off with a win against JBL. He could then go on to defend sucsessfully against Undertaker, Big Show and Angle. This will make the title value go up immensely.
Intercontinental Champion- I like Shelton Benjamen as champion because it gives him a chance to possibly show some personality. I'd run a storyline with him that he says that the IC title has triditionally been a great title that many great wrestlers have held. He'll say now the title is a joke. He then says thathe's going to change that. He'll bring it back to respectability. He'll do this by defending the title at every oppertunity that he gets and work to make this title what it once was. With title defences against Orton, Christian and Jericho he'll accomplish this goal. When he ends up droppping the title, he'll be over enough to make a seemless transition to the Heavyweight Title division.
United States title- Paul London. I know that alot of you are going to think that this a dumb move and that London isn't over enough to be in this spot. To a point I agree but that's kind of my basis for giving the title. Once he wins the title people won't take him serious so he'll have to work hard to prove he belongs with these people. That will make London more over as the fans will be able to relate with his quest to be taken seriously in a place where everyone is a giant and he's just a normal sized guy. With London at the helm of the division I forsee a division where great matches are common place and there is a title made for the Benoit, Jericho, Angle, London types who work their ass of to improve the product but are often under appreciated.
Women's Champion-Gail Kim. She came into the WWE hailed as the female Rey Mysterio and in my opinion she isn't close to that. She's the most talented female submission wrestler in the WWE and one of the best wrestlers in terms of ring psychology regardless of gender. I remember seeing one of her matches with Stacy Kiebler on Heat in which Kim picked out Kiebler's leg and focused her entire offence on it and despite Stacy's poor selling made the match look realistic.
Cruiserweight title- Billy Kidman. I think that if Kidman is ever going to get another Cruiserweight title run then this is one of the best times I could think of to do it. Fresh off the heels of a heel turn, Kidman has new life in his character. Billy's always been one of the better in ring workers and now that he has a character that fans might actually care about, I feel this is the perfect time to make Kidman the champion.
As for the tag team titles, the division's are so weak right now, I honestly have no clue what do with those titles.

Raw:
WorldHeavyweight Title: Shawn Micheals he is a legend who is still running. He brings old school and new school together forming the ultimate champion. He has great fueds and would bring a lot to the world title.
Intercontinental Title: Shelton Benjamin He has proved to me that he is talented since he moved to raw. With wins over triple H and other Main eventers i believe he should be in the title race. I think he isnt ready for the world title but the intercontintal will do for now.
World Tag Titles: RHyno and Tajiri. They have proved well together and show qualaties of tag champs.
Womens Champion: Trish stratus. I dont care really but shes the best woman in WWE
Smackdown!
WWE Champion: Big Show. Now he has returned and wwe are using him properly he deserves a title run. As champion before he did well until Triple H screwed him over.
US Champion: Charlie Haas. After splitting with Shelton Benjamin Haas has proved to me he is ready for singles gold. With miss jackie by his side he will make a great US champion. Anythings better than CCC.
Cruiserweight Title: Paul London or Chavo Guerrero. London firstly because he is the only real high flying WWE superstar( Except Rey and Kidman). With his tag title run he managed to win the WWE fans over and now he deserves some singles gold. Chavo bevause he brings the old school cruiserwieght style. He is a well ballanced wrestler and has Championship Qualities. Either would be good.
WWE Tag Team Titles: Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly. They had a short run as a tag team and they looked impressive. I believe they could take the tag division by storm and become champions seeing as both have came from very successful tag teams.
