Favorite Ric Flair Feud?

What is your favorite Nature Boy feud? Mine would have to be his battles with Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat; they meshed well together in the ring and were entertaining at the same time. It's too bad wrestling isn't like that today, how I miss real wrestling! :)

I would say either Ricky, or Sting, his fued with Sting lasted for so long and brought some great matches to the table

Sting would be my pick. For some reason, they brought out the best in each other, and their battles were always classic matches. IMO, their match at Clash of the Champions 1 was their all-time best. I also think his feud with Dusty Rhodes was great.

I have three

Flair v. Steamboat 1989 and 1994 Flair and Steamboat blended together like tea and sugar, both never took a step back and gave the fans and a great show each and every time they fought each. Their last matches in 1994 were great and wish Steamboat could have retired in a match with Flair and not with a crushing back injury.

Flair v. Hogan: I honestly think that Flair was custom made for Hogan. Hogan v. Flair as said by all could have put WCW out of business in 1991-1992 and when they feuded in WCW in 1994, It provided positive criticism for Hogan for working at Flair's pace and plus, watching two icons beat the crap out each other is always fun.

Flair v. Sting: I love their COTC '88 match, so much energy and I marked out watch a tape of it over and over. Flair and Sting a decade later was still fun to watch and I know Sting never had an opponent like that nor did Flair.

Well i think i shall follow the clan and say indeed Flair's best fued is either Sting or Steamboat i mean with Sting from their first battle at COTC 88 to their final battle on the last Nitro it was just pure great wrestling skill both bought different things to the table but when put together they made classic matches and it was truly Flair who made the name of Sting as he wasn't really known until their battle and it was all up for Sting from their.

And ofcorse everyone knows about Flair's battles with Steamboat those sort of matches are legendary and are what made the Nature Boy the legend he is.

Those were the good old days. Flair really did have great feuds with Sting and Steamboat. Flair and Sting fought on the first ever WCW event where Flair became the first WCW champion, and they fought for the last time on the last WCW event. :(

I Think you mean Pure Wrestling that has none of these Spot Monkey's in! IMO Thats one of the best thing RoH did , That was Bring in a Pure Devision , Which Paid respect to the Ledgends who made it what it is today! Shame that i cant see Wrestling Matchs happen like this in the WWE , Mainly down to the WWE TV Time constraints :( I Mean how much i would kill to see some of today's WWE Superstars going at it on TV in Meaninfull match's like they did in the old days.

Anyway back on topic. If any one Uses Kazaa , Look for Ric Flair Vs The Great Muta , Its Clips , But it is pretty cool. I Would'nt say it was a feud , But i'd say its a pretty good match.

Why does every one say that Flair Vs Sting from WCW in 1994 was a Good Match? IMO it was a Pile of Overated **** , This was clearly when Flair was getting Old and Wasnt capable of Puttin on a **** OR ***** Match! Dont get me Wrong the feud was built up well , Yet there match's seemed to lack something. But i think i've allways said that sting was just a Average preformer.

Whilst for Best Match im going to have to say Ric Flairs BEST opponent was Ricky Steamboat , Those Guys could do some SERIOUSLY Good entertaining and put on some of the Best Match's any one had ever seen back then. The thing is today , i can look back on there encounter's and im shure other people can , and WILL Appreciate them for all they are worth! I Also enjoyed his TV Time Limit match With Barry Windham , IMO that was a Pretty dam good Kick ass match. Whilst on feud's i'd have to say i personally enjoyed the feud with Dusty Rhodes , Especially the Microphone Work , Dusty can do the White Mans Workin Man Rap Whilst Flair has ALLWAYS been Phenomanal Talker and ill go down sayin he could be the best in the industry! I Also liked the way the Horsemen Shaterd the ankle of Rhodes , Possibly one of the best Stable attacks ever , So real looking!

Flair Vs Sting any match there fueds was awesome,I loved watching them wrestle each other.Like the whole Black Scorpion thing was cool
