info from wrestlezone.com
Steve Austin was not at RAW last night and had not been written into storylines that were drawn up last week.
According to reports, there are rumors that Austin and Vince McMahon have been at odds as of late. Apparently that is the reason why Austin was not there last night.
Unfortunately, it looks as if this is a potentialy serious matter. At this point nobody knows the reason why Austin and McMahon are at odds but many beleive it has something to do with Austin's recent domestic situation. We will keep you informed.

I hope the WWE doesn't lose Austin again as he it a huge asset to the Raw roster and the show itself i haven't seen Raw this week but i love the constant power battle between Bischoff and Austin and how Austin throws his power around it's great so without him around Bischoff goes back to the ****y and arrogant character thats suites him best but i don't like it now as he's over used it at the GM so hopefully Vince and Austin will get throught the problems and we will see Stone Cold back on Raw sooner rather then later

Austin off Raw Oh no!, (end of sarcasm), i haven't missed him, i give him that he is entertaining but his character is too larger than life, he always gets the better of every situation and that takes away of all the heels, EVERYONE is afraid of SCSA, he should be an enforcer of the law not invincible. so Raw will hold its own W/O austin
I think he is a big part of the show and I too felt like something was missing, but thats only because we are used to seeing him there, I dont think it will effect the show too much if he doesnt come back, but I will miss him if he doesnt

It's looking more and more likely that Steve Austin may once again be finished working with Vince McMahon and WWE.
According to one report, Austin and his attorney were in the middle of contract renegotiations when on Friday, Austin's lawyer tried playing hardball and McMahon resisted.
Austin couldn't have picked a worse time to be problematic to Vince, even if it isn't interpreted as such to others, but with the domestic abuse stuff going on, WWE is said to be extremely upset with Austin over the matter, especially at this crucial time.
"Stone Cold" was absent on RAW on Monday despite the fact that the show was in his hometown of Texas. We'll keep you updated on any progress in this story.

I always taught McMahon and Austin were the best of friends. Austin still draws alot of power to Raw, and without Austin, Raw has an huge empty gap to fill up. This sounds very bad to the WWE, considering that many big names have already left.

Yeah WWE will take another big hit if Austin doesn't come back. They have already lost Lesnar, Goldberg, and The Rock to movie commitments. They really are losing there Main guys one by one. This will be one tough pill to swallow if Austin leaves yet again.
