Not sure why, but I tried changing my time settings and I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried a few times and it keeps saying 7:30pm (even though, here, it is 8:30pm)
Help would be appreciated

Switch off the 'Automatically detect DST settings' and it'll work just fine. I had to do that with mine and now it displays the right time.

Well when I do that it sets me back an hour more off the time that it is, but it states the right time zone

When I did that to mine, it worked. Now that I checked it out again it's wrong.
Rather puzzling...

Well at least it worked for someone, I knew my eyes didn't deceive me when I did it!
Mine completely refuses to set to the right time now though, no matter what time zone I set it to.
Its probably just one of those little things that will work itself out, not really a problem anyway

If you turn off the 'Automatically detect DST settings and have (GMT-3:00)Brazil....
it should work for EST.
