Have you ever wondered what happens when we reach their end of our time on this planet? The moment when our life flashes before our eyes. That bright light at the end of the tunnel gets brighter as you walk toward it. You hear loved ones, past a present, whispering in your ear. The sadness in your heart is replaced with hope, hope that though this is the end, it's a new beginning. You've done what you were here to do, you tried your hardest, you cared for those around you as best you could. The things you wanted most in life, you went for 110%, and you fought until you had nothing left to give. And even then, you couldn't walk away. When you want something bad enough, you never give up, you never know when it's time to walk away. Sometimes in life, that just isn't enough. Sometimes, someone else has to make that decision for you.

The scene opens to Murphy, lying in a hospital bed. Heavilly bandaged up, especially his head, which has clearly gone through a real battering. He's attached to all the usual machines you'd see patients in the ICU attached to.

Here lies a man who is evidence of that very theory. He has always had his critics, and rightfully so. He didn't always make the right decisions. But as he had been told from the get-go. You learn more in defeat, than you do in victory. He made mistakes, he walked away because his pride was hurt time and time again, but he always came back, he always fought, even up until then end, when he had nothing left to give, when any other man would have walked away long ago, he still came back, he still fought. Even if his efforts weren't good enough. His intent was noble. He fought for something he loved to do, to be around a family he needed to be around to survive.

The scene quickly cuts to Murphy being thrown through a plate glass window by Gunnar Brian

Now he lies here, motionless, beaten, bloodied, fighting for his life. Fight is something he's had to do for so long. He fought to prove his doubters wrong, he fought to prove he belonged. He fought to be champion, to save companies and to destroy them. But behind every fight was his desperate need to be accepted by the people around him.

Evil lies in every man, the need to be noticed brought the worst out in this young man. Sometimes, love brings out the worst in people. The need to feel that love returned, and when it isn't, sometimes we do foolish things in retaliation. Sometimes we, as humans act out, we let our frustration boil up inside ourselves, until it rises and is unleashed as hatred. But look at this young mans face. Look beneath the blood, look past the scars and the broken bones, ignore the black eyes, and look at this mans face. He is not evil, just misunderstood. A young man, so desperate to fit in, to be accepted, to be loved, that when he wasn't, he tried to do to you what he felt you did to him.

The scene cuts to Gunnar Brian throwing chairs at Murphy's face. Over and over again.

Sometimes as people, we don't choose our fights. We choose to fight everything, every little battle, instead of waiting to make sure we win the war. Does this young man have any fight left? Can he now overcome the biggest battle of his life? Can he win this war?

The scene cuts away again, to Gunnar Brian stomping on the head of Murphy. Murphy lies there motionless. Eventually Gunnar is pulled away by officials.

There's only one way to find out...

Suddenly, Murphy flat lines. As doctors rush into the room and begin to do all they can to save the former Champion, the voice takes over.

This will prove to be the biggest fight of a young mans life.

Win or lose, he has never, and will never fight a tougher opponent.

His love got him here, his love is what he is fighting for.

But, sometimes, love isn't enough.

To Be Continued...?

Scene fades to black.
