Who would win: RVD or Styles?

I don't know if this is in the right place, if it isn't, could a MOD please move it.

I came up with this idea a few days ago. It's called Who Would Win? It's a weekly poll that puts two superstars against each other. After a week the poll will close.

Rob Van Dam vs. The Phenomenal A.J. Styles

I believe this belongs in the trivia/polls section. But anyways, I voted for Rob Van Dam because he is bigger than A.J. Styles and he has more experience and of course he's ROB-VAN-DAM!

I say RVD as he was the best Hardcore champion (next to Raven, Cactus Jack and Steve Blackman) and he is very athletic.

I love RVD but he's no AJ Styles. Van Dam is undoubtable the bigger star but AJ is far more versatile in the ring. Styles can wrestle many different styles of wrestling. He made his name off of high spots but as he progressed as a wrestler he's paid more attention to ring psychology and his slowed down and paced his matches exceptionally.

Rob Van Dam is extremely athletic and there probably isn't any body who is more athletic. However, RVD's matches have a tendency to become spotfests. He has a wealth of natural charisma but for some reason that charisma just isn't expressed through his mic work.

Overall, I give the edge to Styles.

I'm gonna be honest with you guys. I meant to vote for Styles, but I accidentally voted for RVD. Oh well, I'll stick by my vote anyway.

The whole concept of Who Would Win? is to put two superstars (one from WWE, one from TNA) who I feel are representations of each other. IDeas for potential matchups are always welcome (because I'm sure I'll run out), if you have any, please PM me.
