Raw Review
Credit: Myself.

Note: It could be very easy for me to copy and paste for some wrestling the raw results. But I am not going to do that. Therefore this is being typed as Raw is in progress. Also I am not doing play by play just highlights and commentary. If you want the complete results find them on another site unless they are posted here.

Opening segment. Natural Triple H and Evolution are pissed off at Eugene for costing Triple H the title at Vengeance. Eugene shows up and the mind games start. Personaly this angle with Evolution and Eugene could end up being one of the major segments of the year

Edge vs Batista:The new IC champion, Edge comes out. I did not see Vengeance, but I was surprised when I read Orton dropped the belt. I was thinking they would save that for Summerslam. Great Ovation for Edge. I don't see a lengthy reign for Edge because I think they eventually want to get him into the main event picture. Edge's Opponent is Batista tonight. Another guy with alot of potential. We can't always put down the big guy. Seasaw match and then Orton shows up which naturally is the cue to go to commercial. Of course after the commercial the heel is in control even though Randy was sent to the back by the referee. Batista applys a really dumb looking submission hold. Oh look the camel clutch is back. At least it looked a little better than Steiners. Edge comesback with the Edgeomatic(high risk manuever for JR marks). Edge hits the Impaler, but Batista no sells. Edge goes for spear, Batista sides steps and Edge hits ring post first. Big spinebuster by Batista. Batista has limited moves but he does execute well. Missle dropkick by Edge. Edge goes for the spear and Batista almost counters it into a powerslam or back body drop. The motion was not smooth at all. Edge counters and rolls up Batista for the pin and uses the ropes. Is that a sign of a heel turn.

Eugene segment:
Eugene vs Benoit for the WWE championship. This should be interesting. Bischoff says it will be a very "special night for a very special person".

Hype for the Raw Diva search. Like I care. "Hi I was in the movie Dodgeball". "I can touch my nose with my tongue". They sure know how to pick them. What talented acting.

More hype for something alot more valueable, Ric Flairs book. Hurricane shows up and ask Ric to sign his book. Flair made some comments about how he knew the Hurricane is Gregory Helms and his whole gimmick is an insult. I was just wondering if that was a hint that the Hurricane gimmick may be ending soon. I have not read anything about that. Flair refuse to sign the book and Hurricane says it was not good as Rocks, Hogan, or Chynas(now that is just wrong) book.

Rob Conway vs Rhyno: Thankfully, Rhyno interrupts Grenier(sp?) before he can sign the anthem. I am not so sure about Rhyno in the tag team divison. Then again I am not so sure about that divsion itself nowadays. However, I think La Resistance has brought some credibility back to the division. Smackdown is going to have a bigger challenge with Kidman and London. Oh yeah, GORE!, Rhyno wins.

Tyson Tomco vs Maven: I ok I am slow. I just noticed Tyson is using Christians music. Maven comes out with Nidia. Gee, I wonder were this is going. Crappy match. After all this time the only move Maven can do is the dropkick and Tyson can only do a big boot, and he can hardly does that right. Speaking of Christian, I wonder if he will still be a heel when he returns.

Highlight Reel and Jericho vs Kane: Jericho, the first musical chairs champion. Big Y2J chants. Kane is tonights guest. Lita also comes out and walks with a purpose. Kane tries to show off his mic skills. Does anybody in the WWE have original lines anymore? Lita goes into PMS mode and takes the mic from Kane and punks him out. Lita with an attitude. I like. They might be able to salvage this angle. The fact that we don't know who the father is saved this destined to fail angle. IF(I mean if ), things go well then Mat should get a big push and think we may see Lita go heel and end up with Kane.
Jericho challenges Kane as he walking in the back to a match by saying he does a lot of things premature. Match in progress after break. Unfortunately, I think I heard one or two boring chants during the match. Jericho the walls of Jericho and Kane gets to the bottom ropes. Jericho trys again and Kane pushes him away. Jericho hits the enziguri but cannot cover in time. Kane hits a low blow, which the ref sees and DQs Kane. Double chokeslam on Jericho and the referee.

More crappy Diva search hype: Stop the pain please! The crowd boos in boredom.

Flair vs Hurricane: Nice to see the Hurricane back on Raw. Hard chops by Flair, who takes control. Flair works on the arm of the Hurricane. Flying clothesline by Hurricane. Flair's usual go into turnbuckle and flip over and fall to outside move. We go back to more Flair chops. Hurricane hits the a modified flipping neckbreaker from the ropes. Flair regains control and goes for the legs which leads to the figure four and a Flair win. Ok match but I was kind of expecting more. However, you only have so much time to work with on Raw.

Oh for crying out loud not more Diva search crap. Give me drugs now please! Of all the stinking pieces of .... :cussing: :cussing: Die Ho! Die :z:

Eugene vs Benoit Benoit goes for the quick win by using the triple german suplexes early. Benoit missed the flying headbut. Eugene hits a nice spinebuster and tried for the people's elbow but Benoit counters. Benoit applies the sharpshooter but, Eugene gets to the ropes. Eugene starts spazzing out and takes control of the match. Big snap suplex by Eugene. Eugene hits double german suplexes and puts the crossface on Benoit! Benoit this time gets to the ropes. Rock Bottom by Eugene. For some reason, Eugene thinks he pinned Benoit whos foot was on the ropes and starts running around the ring. Cue in evolution. Triple H clobbers Eugene. Benoit is in no shape to help who gets pedigreed. Regal tries to make the save but he is no help. Eugene tries to comeback but to no avail. RKO on Regal. Each Evolution member hits their finisher on Eugene. Eugene is soon busted open. Finally the pedigree on Eugene. Eugene is officially out of Evolution. Where will this angle go now and what will it mean for Summerslam?

Overall not a bad show but, not great either. The beginning and end were strong but the middle was weak. Too much time was wasted on the Raw Diva search.

The End.

Well since you posted a review, I think it is best if I post the Raw Results.

Credit goes to Prowrestlingscoops.com

The start of the show:

Evolution is backstage and they are talking about what will happen when Eugene walks through the door. HHH says nobody touches him until he touches him first. Each member of Evolution tells HHH why they should get a piece of Eugene first. HHH tells them all that they will follow HIS lead. Eugene walks in and says he is sorry and he made a mistake. HHH says that it's ok and friends are friends. Evolution looks on at HHH weirdly. HHH says that there is someone who is mad at Eugene though and that is Eric Bischoff. He tells the guys he is sorry again and he leaves the room. Randy asks HHH why they did not take of him right there. HHH says no worries because once Evolution hears what Uncle Eric tells him, they will all understand!

Non Title Match
Referee: Earl Hebner
Edge (c) vs. Batista

The start:

Edge comes to the ring as the newly crowned IC champion to take on the beast Batista!

The two stare down a bit as the crowd gets into it early. They lock up and Edge goes down to the power of Batista. They then repeat the same spot. The third time they lock up Edge gets a headlock on but Batista forces Edge into the corner for a break. Batista shoves Edge who responds with right hands but he runs into a shoulder block. At this point Batista starts to wear down Edge with punches and foot chokes in the corner of the ring. He follows this up with knee charges and clubbing blows to the back of the head as Batista is in control early.

Mid Match Notes:

Edge fights back with some right hands and he climbs the top rope and hits Batista with an axe handle smash but Batista does not go down. Edge tries it again but this time Batista gives him a kick to the gut to take control again wearing Edge down slowly.

After an Irish whip Edge gets a kick to the face of Batista followed by a drop toe hole to the turnbuckle. Edge hits a spinning heel kick but Batista does not fall down! Edge then runs off the ropes and dropkicks him out of the ring. Batista goes to get up but Edge gives him a spear like move to knock Batista off the apron! Randy Orton hits the ring as Raw takes a commercial break.

When we come back Batista is in control again because Orton grabbed the foot of Edge during the commercial break. Earl Hebner threw him out! Edge is trying to get the crowd behind him as he is in a double arm hold. Edge evades Batista by running him into the turnbuckle. Edge runs off the ropes only to run into a side walk slam by Batista. He covers Edge for a two count. Afterwards Batista hits a vetical suplex followed by a rear chin lock as Edge starts to drip a bit of blood from the mouth.

Batista keeps sitting on Edge's back telling him to crawl to the ropes. Batista picks Edge up and goes for the powerslam but Edge slips out and hits the Edge-O Matic! Both men are down. They both get up and throw rights and lefts until Edge hits a clothesline but Batista does not go down. Edge goes off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits a flying elbow to knock Batista down. Edge tries the impaler but Batista reverses, but Edge ducks a blow and hits the Impaler for a two count!

Edge goes for the spear and misses, Batista follows up with a spinebuster for a very close two count.

End of the Match:

Edge evades a Batista Bomb and climbs out of the ring, he climbs the top rope but Batista meets him up there. Edge chucks him off and hits a missile dropkick for another two count. Edge sets up for the spear but Batista picks him up in a spinebuster type move but Edge rolls over the back of Batista to roll him up and use the ropes to get the WIN!

Winner: The IC champion, Edge

Eugene visits Uncle Eric

Eugene comes in and asks Uncle Eric if he is mad at him. Eric Bischoff says he is upset that people are blaming Eugene for HHH's loss. Eric Bischoff says he is not mad at all and Eugene just made an honest mistake! In fact, he is proud of Eugene. Uncle Eric goes to blow more smoke up Eugene's ass and then he tells him that tonight he will fight Chris Benoit for the World Title!

King plugs Raw Diva Search:

The King plugs the Raw Diva search this Thursday and says that tonight we will meet 3 candidates! The first is Candice Michelle and she is gorgeous! King welcomes her and asks if she was in the movie Dodgeball. She says she was a cheerleader and everyone should check it out. She goes on to say she is going to be part of the half time super bowl show in lingerie. The King asks her to touch her tongue to her nose and she does! She then leaves.

Todd is in the back with Ric Flair and before he asks about the book he asks what Ric thinks about Eugene getting a title shot tonight. Then he talks about the book for a bit and says thank god the book is out because Eugene has been driving him nuts by making him play ring around the rosey (even though it was musical chairs!) Ric Flair talks about freaks and the Hurricane shows up and asks Ric Flair to sign his book! Ric Flair goes on to the the Hurricane that he is a joke and needs to focus more on his writing career and less on making the crowd laugh. The Hurricane says he is not that upset because the book is good, but not as good as The Rock's book, or Hogan's book, and Chyna even wrote a good book! He also tells Flair that his book is not number one like Mick Foley's was! Ric Flair clocks him and tells him he will teach him a lesson in the ring tonight!

One on One
Referee: Earl Hebner
Rhyno vs. Robert' Conway

The start:

Rhyno and Rob lock up and Rhyno gains control with a big hip toss as Grenier and Tajiri are at ringside. Grenier gets involved outside the ring putting a beating on Rhyno. This allows Rob to gain control with a chin lock as the crowd gets behind Rhyno who fights back blow for blow with Conway until knocking him down twice with two hard clotheslines followed by a back body drop and belly to belly suplex for a two count! Rhyno is looking good early.

Mid match notes:

Rob Conway is fighting back and he tricks Rhyno into a roll-up but Rhyno kicks out and hits a spinebuster on Rob.

End of the match:

Rhyno sets up for the gore after the spinebuster but Grenier is trying to get involved, Tajiri however runs up to Grenier and takes him down with a kick to the head! He then tells Rhyno to go for the gore. Rhyno hits the gore and pins Rob Conway for the 3 count!

Winner: Rhyno

The slam of the week is from Heat where Maven made the save on Nidia giving Tyson a dropkick to the outside of the ring.

One on One
Referee: Chris Kay
Tyson Tomko w/ Trish vs. Maven w/ Nidia

The start:

Tyson starts the match early by jumping Maven outside the ring. He throws Maven back in the ring and lifts him with a military press into a catch into a fallaway slam. Tyson is in control punishing Maven with kicks and blows and knee drops to the head.

Nidia gets involved and Tyson chases her outside the ring. When he climbs back on the apron Maven hits a rope ringer and follows up by banging Tyson's head off the security rail several times.

Mid match notes:

Maven works over Tyson with some forearms and a dropkick but Tyson regains control using his power. Tyson goes for Maven in the corner but Maven moves.

End of the match:

Maven is on the apron and Trish grans his foot but Nidia comes to make the save. Tyson however gets a blow in but Maven fights his way back in the ring. Maven runs off the ropes at Tyson but he runs right into a big boot. Tyson covers Maven for the victory.

Winner: Tyson Tomko

Benoit will do what it takes

William Regal vists Benoit and says he does not want Eugene to get hurt since HHH is all in his head and he knows Eric has something evil planned. Benoit says he knows Eugene is confused and that they all love Eugene, but tonight the title is on the line and he will do whatever it takes to retain it.

Highlight Reel: Guests are Kane and Lita

Jericho says he had a ton of accomplishments in his carrer but nothing compares to the pinnacle of his career last week when he won musical chairs! He is the undisputed musical chairs champion of the world! Classic stuff. He goes on to say that the people should see what he can do at Pin the Tail on the Donkey! He then goes on to introduce his guests Kane and Lita.

Kane enters the ring coming off his big loss to Matt Hardy last night at Vengeance. Kane asks Jericho if he thinks this is funny. His mic is a bit dead so you can't really hear what he is saying. He turns to the ramp and tells Lita that she may be carrying his baby but if she thinks she can get away with costing him the match last night she is deeply mistaken. Lita hits the ring looking good as usual. Kane tells Lita that he is angry and when he is angry people suffer. Lita grabs the mic and tells him that suffering is possibly being impregnated by the man you hate, suffering is when the one person you love will not talk to you. She goes on to tell Kane that she is not scared anymore and she will do whatever she wants. She calls Kane a son of a bitch! Kane says he won't touch her but he will hurt Matt and make sure he never sees the birth of THEIR baby. Lita says that she used to be scared, but Matt can fight his own battles and she knows who the baby is because she has been with both of them and Matt is more of a man than Kane will ever be! Lita leaves and Kane starts to wreck the set of the Highlight Reel. He goes for the Jeritron but Jericho pulls him off. Kane tosses Jericho out of the ring and leaves. Jericho gets on the mic and mocks Kane to no end. He says Kane does not have to leave prematurely but from what he has heard Kane has a lot of problems with prematurity! Jericho tells King to cancel the Diva search because Kane has won it because he has no balls! Kane heads back to the ring for a fight!

One on One
Referee: Chris Kay
Kane vs. Chris Jericho

The start:

Kane has Jericho in a hold but Jericho fights back and dropkicks Kane into the corner. Kane chops Jericho hard and throws him off. Jericho climbs back and hits a few punches before Kane throws him off again. Jericho hits a cross body block from the top after evading Kane for a two count. Kane regains control with strong blows. He then picks Jericho up over his head to drop him on the ropes. Kane works on Jericho bending him like a pretzel in the corner on the ring using the ring post.

Back in the ring Kane hits a sidewalk slam and he starts to work on the back of Jericho as it seems Kane has hurt it a bit.

Mid match notes:

Jericho is in a bear hug trying to fight back but Kane drops him right on his back. Kane goes for an elbow but misses and Jericho fights with chops and punches to Kane. Jericho gets whipped but gets a boot up. He drop toe holds Kane onto the ropes and runs at him with the knee. Kane however hits a big boot and climbs the ropes but Y2J hits a springboard dropkick and Kane is stuck sitting on the top turnbuckle. Jericho climbs up to fight Kane but Kane shoves him down. Kane waits and jumps for the clothesline but Jericho gets a dropkick to his mid section. Both men are down as Chris Kay counts, but Kane sits up for more and calls for the chokeslam!

Kane goes for the chokeslam but Jericho slides out and clips Kane's knee. Jericho goes for the walls but Kane shoves him off. Kane goes for the big boot but gets his foot hung up in the corner. Jericho takes out the other knee and goes for the walls again but Kane gets the ropes!

End of the match:

Jericho is trying to fight Kane down as he gives him a rollup with the tights for two. Jericho tries the walls to no avail. He knocks Kane down and goes to pick him up but Kane hits him with a low blow to get disqualified!

Winner by DQ: Chris Jericho

After the match:

Kane puts the choke on Jericho but Chris Kay tries to stop him. Kane puts the choke on both of them and sends them both down to the mat with a chokeslam at the same time! What has Lita done to Kane??

King is back at it:

From Chicago we meet Nita Harding? Neida Harring? I have no clue what King said. We go on to learn that this chick makes her own clothes. I think the fans are getting rowdy as they start to boo a bit. King asks her to dance since she is a dancer. The music hits and she struts her stuff. This is getting a bit old. She finally leaves!

One on One
Referee: Chad Patton
Ric Flair vs. The Hurricane

The start:

The two lock up and break, Hurricane his a shoulder block and jumps on Flair early with a ton of punches. Flair gets whipped off the buckle and gets back body dropped. Hurricane goes for the 10 punch but Flair walks him off and puts him down. Hurricane poses and gives Flair a thumb to the eye. Flair does the classic flop and Hurricane covers him for a two count.

Flair fights back with some dirty playing and he takes Hurricane down with a chop. Flair then goes to work on the arm of the Hurricane with wristlocks and kicks to his arm. Flair works Hurricane down and then gives him a knee to the face.

Mid match notes:

Hurricane hits a flying cloithesline on Flair followed by a series of back and forth punches and chops between the two. Flair pulls his classic beg for mercy but Hurricane throws him off the buckle where Flair flips over and goes to the outside. Hurricane follows him and chops him heavily. Back in the ring Flair gets a thumb to the eye of Hurricane and takes control with punches and chops in the corner as Hurricane is hurting. Flair is bleeding pretty bad from his left ear as he struts the ring which allows Hurricane to fight back with a back body drop and martial arts kick.

Flair gains control again when Hurricane goes to the top and Flair bounces off the ropes flipping Hurricane to the mat. Flair hits a chop block and works on the kneed of Hurricane.

End of the match:

Flair works on Hurricane some more with chops and right hands. Back in the ring Flair gives the Hurricane another chop block. Hurricane is down and hurt and Flair goes for the Figure 4 leg lock. He slaps it on and the Hurricane tries to fight out but can not as he taps out!

Winner: Ric Flair

King with the third Diva of the night:

This one is named Carmella Decasare, I THINK. King asks about her personal life and she says she has two puppies. The crowd goes nuts but she tells King they are actual dogs at home. She says she wants to work for Vince McMahon. Her special talent is that she is the Play Mate's 2003 Playmate of the year. She says hi to Heff and says she wants to be the diva on Raw for him.

Benoit and Eugene meet in the back and they talk a bit. Benoit says he is not mad at Eugene but tonight he wants to wrestle Eugene, no chairs, no brass knuckles, nothing else. Eugene agrees, the two shake and say good luck and then Eugene goes to play with a stuffed purple monkey.

World Heavyweight Title Match

Benoit and Eugene exchange a bit and Benoit knocks him to the outside with a shoulder block.

Mid match notes:

Eugene snaps on the outside of the ring and he comes in firing blows at Benoit. He takes Benoit down with an elbow and then does a Benoit like snap suplex for a two count. Benoit reverses a blow and goes for the German Suplexes but Eugene reverses and hits two German's of his own! Benoit stops the third and goes for Eugene but Eugene slaps on the CROSSFACe on Benoit! Benoit is in it for quite some time but gets his foot on the ropes. Benoit fights back afterwards but Eugene ducks a blow and rolls Benoit into the turnbuckle. I got tired of all the Diva Search crap. With all the time they spent on it we could have seen another match.

I thought RAW would be quite a bit better considering it was the night after a PPV. I was disappointed in the show overall.

I thought all the matches themselves were OK but the fact that there is only one storyline in the whole show continues to be a drawback IMO. Well, I guess Lita/Matt/Kane is also a storyline (barely). I was hoping they would get Matt with Kane and Lita out there and have Jericho be like Maury Povich with the Manila envelope saying, "Kane, you are NOT the father." Maybe they are saving that for SummerSlam.

I thought all the Diva Search crap and a couple of the matches just demonstrated how little they have going for them right now.

I thought the Benoit/Eugene match was pretty good and the beatdown at the end was pretty effective. Unless I missed something, it didn't make sense that Edge didn't at least come out and try to make the save considering he declared war on Evolution just last week. I suppose they didn't want him to lose any face and Evolution needed to get the beatdown on Eugene, but they could have at least furthered the Edge's part in the storyline a bit by explaining a little why he didn't come out.

All in all, I felt this was a disappointing show, coming on the heels of a PPV and being the beginning of the leadin to SummerSlam.

I agree, the time wasted on the segments could of been used to see more build up to the feuds, and more time on matches. I will be glad once that ends because there is no need for it.

Folks, Raw is really slipping, and if the WWE doesn't do something soon, then the "flagship" of the WWE will be worse than Smackdown. It is funny to me that the WWE can't keep both shows good. Raw had been so good over the last year, and Smackdown was struggling. Now, Smackdown is getting better each week (maybe a little bit, but it is getting better) and Raw is going down the tubes. Anyway, here are my thoughts.

Edge vs. Batista: Two men who won at Vengeance, and for the life of me I don't understand why. Edge did not need the IC belt, but I guess the WWE felt that Orton was getting stale and wanted to have him drop the belt. Plus, I feel Randy will feud with Rock soon. Edge is supposed to be a main eventer, yet since he returned, he has been less than impressive. I don't feel people are buying into him, which maybe the reason why a rumored heel turn is in the future. No doubt that Benjamin was supposed to be the man to take the belt from Orton, but he is injured so the WWE did what they could. Batista going over Jerihco makes no sense at all to me, because Jericho is so over now that the fans want him as the champ. Batista is a guy I like, but I don't feel he should have beaten Jericho at Vengeance. Anyway, match was okay but nothing really great here either. Edge wins by grabbing the ropes. Gee, I guess Edge is turning.

Tomko vs. Maven: Do I really need to comment on this?

Flair vs. Hurricane: You know, Ric is an amazing athlete, in the fact I respect him that he can still wrestle at his age. Cane is a guy who desperately needs to change shows, as he has never been used right on Raw. Flair wins this with the figure four. Match was good in the fact that it was an old school match, and not a spot fest.

Highlight Reel/Kane & Jericho match: Okay, if Lita can have the same intensity that she showed last night on a weekly basis, then this feud will work. Lita was at her best last night, and that was her best promo that I have ever seen her do. The only thing missing was Matt. But, Lita really did shine last night. Now, onto the Kane/Jericho match. Y2J is "the man" on Raw, and he has been for about two years now. The guy put over Batista and then on Raw, he helped the Kane/Lita/Matt feud with his mic skills. Jericho and Kane had a good match. Kane hitting the double-chokeslam on Y2J and the ref was a nice spot, but why put Jericho through this? He deserves so much more.

Raw Diva Search: I think the fans in attendance made it clear that they simply just do not care about this at all, and it did nothing but slow Raw down.

Benoit vs. Eugene: If the WWE isn't careful, they will make the WWE fans sick of Eugene. The guy has gone from obscurity to a title shot in a short timespan. I like Nick, and feel he is a great talent, but the WWE is pushing him too fast, too soon.

Evolution: They might as well call Raw "The HHH Show" because week after week, I see his face on the tv more than any of the other Raw superstars combined. Jericho is the only exception because of the HighLite Reel. Are we going to see HHH vs. Eugene at SummerSlam?

Overall, the show wasn't great at all, and it hasn't been. I am really starting to wonder if Vince really is becoming too lackadasical in his approach with his product. 5/10 for me. :thumsdown

I gotta agree with the shows flip-flopping, but I'm at the point right now where I only watch wrestling if I don't have something better to do.

I do not think Edge was suppose to be a major part of the Eugene storyline. They wanted to really sell the Eugene beat down and make Evolution look dominant ending the show. Now, everyone will be waiting for the retaliation next week. Also since Edge wrestle at the beginning of the show, you can assume he did not hang around and left(at least in the storyline).

You're starting to wonder if Vince is becoming too lackadasical? I could have told you that a few years ago. Chazz, wonder no more because Vince and the creative team are too lackadasical in their approach to their product. It is basically a trial and error approach with no real long term planning.

Edge vs Batista match: This was a fairly good match. Judging by this match, and the intensity showed that he is more than ready for main event, but i am still not sure to why they gave him the IC title. I can say he is going to be feuding with Batista, Orton and Flair before he gets down to the main person HHH, who might have the World Title, and then when Edge feuds with him, the match that they have will be for the World Title and thats when Edge wins it. Thats what i think. But i still don't see where the IC title is going to take part in this though.

Eugene Segment with Eric Bishoff: Why did he have a world title match for? They are pushing him way to fast, i would of rathered him having a match with either one of the Evolution members.

Raw diva search interview: What a waste of time this is, i mean they could of used this time to build up Summerslam. I just hope Vince noticed how much the crowd reacted to her, because looking at Kings face, he noticed how much the crowd reacting. Also, i turned the sound down because her voice was really bad, i just hope if she wins they keep her away from the mic because it sucked. And for a little talent show at the end, the toungue touch nose, wow we, lets give this girl a contract. I am sure fans will tune in to see that.

Flair interview: I liked this segment with Hurricane, i am sure this is a sign that Hurricane is going to drop his gimmick which i hope does because he is going to get nowhere with it. His ring skills are good, but he isn't going to get far in the WWE with it. But if he does change gimmick where is this going to leave Rosey?

Rob Conway vs Rhyno: Glad to say i haven't had the privelage to listen to Sylvain Greinier sing the anthem. This was a fairly decent match, i am glad that Rhyno is getting used more now than before. I just hope that if they get the title shots they don't win the title belts yet, i would give them a month or so of build up, and build up the credabilty as a team. I would like them to win the titles, but i would not want them to yet.

Maven vs Tyson Tomko: This is nothing special, but i hope that Maven drops this tough enough gimmick because it is stale. This is nothing but build up for the Trish/Nidia feud IMO.

Highlight reel: This has given the angle more edge. Kane tries to act scary, but Lita punks him out with her new attitude. Lita's new attitude, i think this is the best i have seen her. Mic Skills wise, this was her best mic work so far IMO. This has certainly added a bit more mystery to who the father of the baby is, she claims it's Matts, but Kane i am sure will remain adamant that he is still the father. I am going to have to see how this plans out, but i am still standing the same stance, against this angle. If it survives the whole length then they have proved me wrong.

Ric Flair vs Hurricane: Didn't really pay attention to this match, but i wonder what this means. Is Hurricane going to go through a change while fueding with Flair, or this match a one off? I hope that he does change his gimmick, but i sure hope that he doesn't go back to that reporter gimmick. If he does then all i can say, that is it for you Hurricane or Gregory Helms as you wish. Your definatly not going to get any further than you were with the Hurricane gimmick, nothing more than a regular tag person or jobber.

Diva crap: I wished this crap would stop playing this crap.

Eugene vs Benoit: good match, Eugene idolizing his friends by using there moves, Rocks spinebuster, Rocks peoples elbow, Benoits triple German, Triple H predagree, Rocks rock bottom. Good idea that he is using them as moves, but i think can have a bad side to it, making them look like regular moves that can be kicked out of. But it was an entertaining match. Eugene hit the Rock Bottom, but got 2 1/2 before Benoit got his foot on the rope, that led to Eugene thinking he won the title, this led to Evolution to come out, you knew what was going to come; a good whole beat down. Benoit couldn't do anything due to tiredness, and the injured to chest also. Regal tried to help but got beat down also. Edge would of been there, but they justed wanted to have Evolution beat down Eugene for costing them big at Veagence. Good ending to Raw.

Raw was decent, not to bad, not to good.

RAW was ok this week. I wonder if Eugene will stay off TV for a while now since Bishoff wants to humilate Eugene so he won't come back on TV.
