Kurt Angle Arrested... Found HGH.

Angle's girlfriend, TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan, filed a protection from abuse order against Angle, which was served at his home this morning. Khan reported to police that she was at a Starbucks on the internet, when she claims she saw Angle stalking her.


She called 911, and police pulled over Angle in his girlfriend's car. When police searched the car, they found a capped syringe and two vials of "Hygetropin," otherwise known as HGH. Angle told them he had a legal prescription for the drugs.


The charges against Angle include: driving while operating privilege is suspended, prohibited acts-possession, harrassment and prohibited acts.
Angle is currently scheduled to wrestle in the main event of Sunday's TNA Hard Justice Pay-Per-View.

Pretty big news there. Do TNA have a wellness policy? I imagine they have something or do they dodge the subject so they can employ people WWE won't because of misuse of medication etc? Maybe Vince was right that he should just take a break instead of having gone to TNA. Aparently he is still scheduled to be at the PPV tomorrow.

At least the main event is a triple Threat so it can at least be Morgan vs. Sting if worst comes to worst. I presume TNA will be trying there hardest to get him out. What I find strange though is that they are calling Rhaka his girlfriend, and he is driving his girlfriends car, yet by beeing near her that classes him as stalking her? Would it not make more sense if it was his ex-girlfriend becuase clearly they aren't together if she is calling 911 on him?

Well, I'd say you could stalk your current girlfriend. But anyway.. I heard they weren't together anymore, so I dunno if that bit is just wrong.

Another news report I read said something like "a female TNA employee that couldn't be named but is pretty obvious as she's been mentioned affiliated with him before and is not Karen Angle". Still... I heard she was a bit mental, so it could have just been that he happened to be in the same place as her and she called the cops... However, that doesn't explain the fact that he was driving at all and the stuff he had on him.

Edit: Okay, that was probably a little on the tasteless side. But seriously? There are a variety of medical reasons to take HGH. ...Are any of them the reason Angle took them? I don't know. I'll guess we'll just have to wait and see.

WPXI posted the full police report of the incident involving TNA star Kurt Angle getting arrested.

According to the report, police first spotted Angle at about 7:50AM in the vicinity of a Giant Eagle/Get Go shopping center. The actual encounter between the arresting officer and Angle took place shortly thereafter in the parking lot of a Starbucks at Robinson Towne Center.

The officer identified Angle's license as being under suspension for a DUI-related issue. Upon addressing Angle about the nature of the call--an alleged violation of the protection from abuse order girlfriend Rhaka Khan requested--the officer discovered two vials of HGH compound hygetropin. Angle said that he could provide proof of valid prescription.

When informed that police had been called regarding the PFA violation, "Angle denied [that he was stalking her] and stated he was looking for a hotel to stay in and never saw her." At the time, Angle also confirmed that he had her cell phone.

Rhaka Khan argues that she was using a computer at Starbucks (out of fear regarding how Angle would react if she used the computer at home) when she saw Angle, in a car, circling around the parking lot.

"She stated to me that she could see Angle accessing her cell phone that she left in the car and feared he was deleting her text messages and pictures she had of past abuse [involving] Angle," read the report.

A Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report added that she filed for the PFA order at around 6:20AM after an abuse-related incident.

Kurt Angle will go before District Judge Carla Swearingen at a preliminary hearing Tuesday. He has been released from jail, and as of press time, the belief was that he would still be appearing at Sunday's TNA pay-per-view.

Ever heard of "innocent until proven guilty?". If they had any evidence that would allow them to charge Angle, then surely they would have done so. I'll admit things to don't look good at all but considering he's denying everything and says he can produce legal documents for the HGH (which, as far as I know, remains to be seen), I'm simply going to wait to see what comes of this.

As for Angle appearing at whatever the fuck TNA's next PPV is called? Not entirely convinced it is the best idea in the world.

Also, it wasn't Kurt that hit his girlfriend. IT WAS STING!!!
