NEW ROMA DEAL FOR TOTTI
Francesco Totti is almost certain to end his career with Roma after signing a new five-year contact.
The deal ensures the 32-year-old, who has spent his entire career with the Giallorossi, is tied to the club past his 37th birthday.
Some may question the length of the deal considering Totti's age and having come off the back of an injury-plagued season.
The veteran marksman reserved special praise for president Rosella Sensi for retaining the faith in his ability.
Totti is now hoping to set more new records in Italy having broken the single-club mark with a haul of 178 goals.
"I want to thank Rosella for having believed in me once again and for extending my contract with Roma for five years," he said.
"This will give me the chance to beat some more records."
