So why does the site keep going down at the middle of the night?

Well at least my middle of the night central time.

It was off for a good few hours over here around 12ish, only got back on around 5ish.

If I had to guess (which i have to guess) I would say it was server isssues. So the site itself is not having problems. just the server we are located on.

If it keeps up I will find aw ay to contact Duffy or figure out how I can get ahold of the server people and ask about it.

Sorry Guys, been pretty busy with movin back to Liverpool and startin back at uni.

Is this still happening? I just checked my email inbox and i have an email reporting a database error sent on Jan 3rd.

The last time it happened was a couple of hours ago, Duff.

And even when the site is working, it tends to go really slow.

Just needed to fix that one up a touch, Jede-y. (Fixes are on the way! The only thing we've gotta do is work out whether it's purely server-side or not, and that's just a lengthy AIM conversation away. Be positive, all!)

I don't want to sound like i'm passing the blame, but it's all to do with the servers, and we have no control over that. I've noticed its been excessively slow when we log on, but we aren't in a position to go to the host and say anything about it.
