Frank & Psymon Starks Vs. Sky Ryder & Xavier Ray
Ahh..The joy of tag mathes with random partners. Frank, being the Ninja that he is, wasn't really seen much in this match. At the begining, he popped up a few times and delayed any real action from starting by offering his partner some coke but Xavier refused and eventually got so annoyed that he took Frank out himself with a German Suplex over the ropes and to the outside. The real oiled up men touching each other action started after Frank was out cold on the concrete floor, legs twitching (bless him, he must have been dreaming about running). Ryder and starks locked up a few times with both men getting the advantage a few times each but unfortunately for Starks, the team of Ray and Ryder was too strong for one man and Xavier tagged himself in without Starks noticing. Xavier took advantage of the unsuspecting Starks and delivered a high angle backdrop. Xavier then lifted Starks up and delivered a quick scoop slam before tagging Sky back in with in minutes of being tagged out. Sky jumped the rope and went to work on Starks quickly, connecting with a few quick dropkicks. Starks didn't have much energy left after wasting most of it on Frank (perhaps he should have taken the coke? No? Okay...) but he was able to push Sky off of him and connect with a thunderous dropkick of his own. Sky quickly crawled to his corner and tagged Xavier back in who then ran at a still tired Starks and took him out with a lariat. Ray then picked Starks up yet again and delivered a tigerbomb, forcing his opponent's body to slam hard against the canvas. Ryder stayed in the ring to finish Starks off and after Stark got to his feet, he hit an SKO (modified RKO). Xavier then went up top and delivered his "Air X-Ray" finisher for good messure before getting the pinfall. 1...2...3. Xavier and Sky stood in the ring shaking hands in celebration as Carlos Gonzales himself came down the ramp with a few bodyguards and escorted Frank out of the arena, letting the winning team soak up their victory. But their celebration was stopped quickly as the voice of Jason Silver echoed through the arena, sending both chills and pure rage down in to Sky Ryder's body. It was me!
The I.O.W. Vs. Johnny Tapia & The Shockmaster
With The Main Man watching closely at ringside, this debut match or Tapia and the Shockmaster was one that would leave a lasting impression on their mentor...But they didn't really seem to master entering the ring without botching so he looked to have lost all hope before the bell had even rung. This match kicked off with Ranks and the debuting Tapia locking up in the ring, with Ranks easily getting the advantage straight away by putting the rookie in a headlock. Tapia accidently dropped to one knee and broke free then pushed Ranks away, who then bounced against ropes and ran straight back at Tapia, connecting with a jumping clothesline that would kock him Tapia off his feet. As both men got to their feet, Johnny Tapia walked straight in to an arm drag by Ranks which landed him straight back on the mat. Ranks rolled on to his feet and awaited Johnny doing the same before connecting with a standing dropkick, yet again knocking the rookie down. Tapia crawled franticly over to his corner and tagged his partner, "The Shockmaster", in to the match. Ranks decided to play it safe and tag in his own partner to take on the fresh man. Tapia ran straight at Cage and ducked a clothesline, giving him the chance to kick Cage in the gut and then follow it up with a few frantic right hands to Cage's forehead. He quickly bounced off the ropes and ran towards Cage again, but this time walked straight in to a clothesline. The Shockmaster bounced on to his feet and walked in to a dropkick from Cage, right to the face. Cage picked his opponent up and irish whipped him against the ropes and then caught him on the rebound, delivering a perfect back body drop. Ranks enters the ring and quickly knocks off Tapia in the other corner, who The Main Man quickly runs to check on. Cage lifts the Shockmaster to his feet and pushes him towards Ranks who kicks him in the gut then sets up him up for a powerbomb. IOW try and get the crowd excited at the idea of them winning but the fans just boo louder as a result. Ranks lifts the Shockmaster up and as is about to bring him down, Cage jumps up and connects with a backstabber as his partner slams the Shockmaster down, connecting with the "Sudden Impact" double team move. Ranks climbs out the ring and to attend to Tapia, who is now on his feet thanks to The Main Man who seems to have magically appeared on the opposite side of the ring. Cage covers the Shockmaster and the ref starts the count..1...2...But the ref is pulled out of the ring at the last second by The Main Man! The ref pushes TMM and threatens to DQ his team if he tries anything funny again. While this Wal-Mart greeter turned WPW Referee decides to break the vital rule of calling the match to make sure TMM plays nice, Martin Cameron comes out of nowhere with a steel chair in each hand. He throws one at Ranks on the oustide, knocking him off his feet and bloodying his nose. Cameron then grabs the second chair in both hands and slides in the ring, ducking a clothesline from Cage who bounces off the ropes to walk straight in to a sickening chair shot. Cage falls on the mat but that doesn't stop Cameron, he brings the chair down on Cage again until he can see the blood flowing from him. Martin dropped the chair and helped the Shockmaster to his feet, propping him up against the turnbuckle, then exits the ring and makes his escape through the crowd. The Shockmaster, though confused, takes advantage and covers Cage waiting only on TMM rather convienantly deciding to stop arguing with the ref. Unsurprisingly, a he did just that. The ref slides bck in the ring and counts...1..2..3.
Spaz Vs. Aiden Balor
Sorry about this guys, this happens to be the last match I left to do but I just plain can't do it. That being said, I did read the RPs and I think I would have given the win to Spaz. So yeah...Spaz. Sorry again for not writing a match for this one. I haven't slept in over 24 hours and I need atleast a few hours sleep. I'm sorry.
TK Vs. Mike Corral
I went to the toilet...Well actually, I went to have sex with a hooker but when I got back a WWE scout that was sitting next to me said this match was incredible and was just he was practically speechless because of how amazing it was. He said he was sad it wasn't a "Bengali Death Tiger Cage Death Match Of Doom Death......Death" but he still said it was rather dandy. Em..Not sure what actually happened in the match so let's just say Ryan's blind dog won.
Mykal Adams Vs. The Main Man
This match, much like other in the night, started with a traditional lock up between the two men and Mykal Adams was able to force TMM man back in to one of the ring corners, trapping him. The ref warned Adams to let go of the hold, and so he did but only to suffer a slap to the face by TMM. Adams, furious, pushes TMM back in to the turnbuckle and catches him on the rebound, taking him down with an armdrag. TMM slides out of the ring to catch his breath and let Adams cool down for a while before going back in the ring. Both men enter another lockup but TMM quickly gets the advantage and slides around to grapple Adams from behind. After a few seconds of struggling, Adams breaks free but holds on to TMM's left arm and twists it in to an hammerlock. And after a few more seconds of struggling, TMM counters and brings Adams down with a stiff arm drag. Both men roll on to their feet but TMM walks right in to a revege arm drag from Adams. Adams quickly covers TMM...1...KICKOUT! Mykal picks TMM up and irish whips him against the ropes but makes sure his elbow connects firmly against TMM's face on the rebound. Adams quickly drops and lands on an elbow drop and then covers again...1.....2..KICKOUT! Adams forces his opponent back on his feet but TMM pushes Adams away and clotheslines him to the mat. As Adams gets to his feet, TMM kicks him in the gut and delivers a hard snap suplex on to the canvas then covers...1....2....KICK OUT! TMM, fustrated, hits the mat a few times before helping Adams to his feet again but only to irish whip him in to the turnbuckle. He runs and tries to clothesline Adams, but Mykal lifts his leg and boots TMM in the face then hops on the top rope. Adams leaps through the air for a double axe handle but TMM ducks and drives his shoulder in to Adams' gut as he lands. The Main Man quickly throws Mykal's right arm over his shoulder for the MMB (Rock Bottom) but Adams quickly realises what is going on and elbows his opponents neck several times until he is free. Then, out of nowhere, Adams grabs TMM by his neck and drives him in to the mat with the Love Gun Stun (Cutter). He covers TMM...1....2...3!!!!
Dan Murph Vs. MMK
Just like pretty much all of the matches tonight, this one started out old school with a nice tie up straight away. Karver managed to get a knee in to the gut of Dan and put him in headlock. Dan leans both him and Karver back against the ropes to get momentum and pushes MMK away from him and towards the opposite ring ropes. Karver bounces right off the ropes and connects with a shoulder block, knocking Murph down for a moment. Karver quickly leans back against the ropes and rushes towards Murph who is getting to his feet in the center of the ring but Dan quickly traps Karver inbetween his legs and makes schedules him an appointment with the canvas after a drop toe hold. Dan crawls over Karver and tries to apply a Camel Clutch but Karver breaks free before Dan can even apply it fully. As both men get to their feet, Dan quickly slaps Karver in the face, knocking him off his feet in surprise. Karver rolls out the ring to catch his breath for a moment and circles the ring to cool down before calmy climbing back in to the ring to meet Murph again. The two tie up again but Karver quickly gets Murph in a headlock this time only for it to be countered by Murph who tries a hammerlock, which is in-turn countered by a hammerlock by Karver. Karver pushes Dan's forearm as far up his shoulder as possible but he breaks free by elbowing Karver with his spare arm then delivers a desperation DDT to slow Karver down. Murph wastes no time in going to work on the downed Karver and delivers 3 elbow drops right after each other before picking MMK up and slamming him back down on the canvas with a SideWalk Slam. Dan covers Karver...1...2..KICK OUT! Murph tries to force Karver back to his feet again but Karver punches him right in the gut, causing him to bend double over, allowing Karver to get to his feet and deliver a DDT. Karver covers Dan...1...2.KICK OUT! MMK quickly crawls over Dan and locks in an ambar, trying to weaken his opponent down. But Dan manages to overpower Karver and rolls away the second Karver's grip is loosened. As Dan gets to his feet, he runs at Karver but Karver lifts his knee high and takes Dan off his feet again. Karver takes a moment to point out to the crowd that he is the better man but as he does this, Murph makes it on to his knees and tries to roll Karver up in a school boy...1.KICK OUT! Karver rolls back and lands on his feet then charges at Dan but walks right in to a clothese line. Karver gets up again and charges at Dan but meets another clothesline. Karver gets up AGAIN and sprints towards Dan, ducking the clothesline, bouncing off the ropes, and walked straight in to a big boot to the face. Dan raises his arms to declare his premature victory as Karver sits on the mat, holding his nose in pain. Murph approaches MMK from behind and tries to pull him to his feet but Karver gets Dan with a jawbraker and he snaps back against the mat hard. They both get to their feet slowly, Karver swings for a punch but Dan ducks causing Karver to do a 360 turn. Murph kicks Karver in the gut and lifts him in the air with a Fireman's Carry, then delivers a sickening swinging neckbreaker from the set up position. He covers the unconcious Karver...1...2....3!!!
