I would like to assert that the above statements by Duff are, in fact, in no way factual. We do bite. Hard. Just not in the metaphorical 'making people go away' or 'snap at people' sense - we, in fact, bite every day. Usually, through food - however, as some of us do have other uses for our teeth (for instance, gnawing through cable ties) - there is a lot of biting going on around here, every day.
