Singles Womens Match
Rachel Black Vs. Jess Edwards
Last Week a mysterious video aired during Tuesday Night turmoil announcing that WPW should prepare for a “Blackout”. Short of The Blackout that often happens at PPVs, this was actually a debut video for Rachel Black, WPW’s newest Female talent. This week she goes up against an established woman in the form of Jess Adams. Mrs. Adams has been without her husband at WPW events for some time after his loss in the Sell Your Soul match. Will she still be alone when she faces off against this dark and rather unknown woman? Or can the first PCW Womens champion (Yeah, can you believe they had one of those?) show she is as successful without her husband as she was with?
Singles Match
Jamie Parker Vs. Frank, the American Ninja
This week, in an interesting turn of events, the man who always complains that people see him as a joke fight the man who actually is a joke! But perhaps no longer a joke as Frank “The American Ninja” was able to defeat none other than the Canadian champion, Sky Ryder! This guarantees him a chance at Sky’s Canadian title in its first Title defense at Payback. But will Frank Be alone? However this week, that is not the issue, he goes up against possibly one of the best in WPW right now, Jamie Parker. Parker is coming off a loss after Teaming with the WPW Champion against Dan Murph and Mykal Adams, his old rival. Will he be using this new Star in WPW as an example? Or can Frank cause an even greater upset?
Tag Team Match
Extreme Airborn Vs. The Fallen
Extreme Airborn? That’s right, the new Team of Mike Corral and Justin Dreamer seem to have the perfect name for their highflying antics. Forced together through the actions of The Innovators of Wrestling, they have found a likely alliance in one another. Last Week they finally struck back for the first time as an official tag team, pulling Jeremiah Ranks from the top of the turnbuckle right into the Barricade, causing their title hopes to be dashed to the wind! This week, they take on another team who recently reformed.. The Fallen. Well known for their exploits against Tokester, J&J and Judge & JMC, theis partnership eventually ended when Ryuu (Then named Vengeance) and Forsaken had a heated argument. Now, almost a year after their original reformation, they combine again. So which team starts off this new Tag Division with a win and how is sent back to the drawing board, to scheme again?
Special Guest Referee: The One
“Masterful” Michael Karver Vs. Martin Cameron
Did MMK ding Carlos’s car on the way out of Last Week’s TNT? Because this is hardly a fair fight when you look at it here! MMK and the One are oldest of enemies, bitter even while Martin Cameron and The One have seemingly been very friendly and on the same page. So how can he cope with The One being his referee when it could turn into a 2 vs. 1 ordeal? Simple enough. Carlos, in his mind, has come up with a way to semi-torture the One.. If One can call the match ‘evenly’, then he and Cameron will gain a Tag Team Title shot at Payback. Can one, ever the vicious rival to all his enemies, call a match with his friend evenly? Can he avoid attacking MMK? Can MMK use his great intelligence to garner a win out of this confusing circumstances?
Tag Team Main Event
JMC & Scorch vs. David Nicolls & Smike
At Last, for the first time since JMC & The Judge were defeated by David Nicolls and His partner, Desmond Troy, the two collide once more! Ahead of their scheduled Match at Payback where JMC will be laying down his title, they bring their most trusted associates inot the ring to do battle with them David Nicolls brings Smike, who is coming off a closely contested loss to the Florida state champion, Martin Cameron, and he could be looking for retribution. JMC Brings scorch, the man who owes JMC more than he can pay and is therefore his go-to man when it comes to wrestling someone to near-death. With Two WPW Champions on one side and possibly the best Tag Team Champs on the other, expect a hell of a main event. Can JMC find a way to outsmart this nearly suicidal, reckless and concussed rival he faces?
