NPWA CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Paul "Flash" Andrews (C) vs. Sean Phoenix
Once again the NPWA Champion, Paul "Flash" Andrews, must defend his title. This time he will go one on one with his former ally and his former enemy "The Player" Sean Phoenix. The NPWA board ordered this match after Phoenix's outstanding performance against Angel D'souza last month and has removed both Autopsy and Ryan Maiden from the card as they feared that they may interfere with this match.
The history between these two runs back to the very early days of the NPWA. They started as enemies, Phoenix was part of the most dominating group in NPWA History, Violence In Practice, and flash was a member of the Dream Team. The next year they were on opposite sides again as Flash joined The Angelic Force while Phoenix stood up to them.
After the Force split they formed a friendship out of respect and few suspected that it could be broken, but at Independence day last year Phoenix turned his back on his friend and joined 4Bidden Fusion. The two battled in a fued over the International Championship, competing in the First NPWA Iron Man Match and then a Street Fight.
Since then both men have been kept apart, Phoenix competed for the Tag Team Titles and Flash went on to regain the NPWA Title. Everytime that these two men have faced off in the ring it has gotten more exciting, vicious and dangerous. This time the big prize is on the line and being so close to Night of Champions adds even more value to a victory in this match. This could kick start the fued back into full force and if that were to happen, would anyone suvive it?
NPWA HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP LAST MAN STANDING MATCH
D-Dogg (C) vs. Necross
On 6th Febuary 2004 D-Dogg captured his first belt, The NPWA Hardcore Championship, but he was quickly defeated by Necross in a straight Hardcore rules match on March 18th. This lead to a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match on may 7th in which they dished out an enormous amount of punishment on each other and after over 15 minutes of hell
D-Dogg hit the D-Dogg Driver to regain his championship.
The NPWA head office feels that this score has yet to be settled as each man holds a victory over the other, that is why this match is taking place, The First Ever Last Man Standing Match for the NPWA Hardcore Title. Its a must see.
NPWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Twin Towers (C) vs. Slayer and Jason Glory
This truely is the Strange Behaviour Tour as two men who have been visious enemies over the past five months have decided to put their diferences aside for one night to try to take the Tag Team Championships away from The New Twin Towers. Thats right, Jason Glory and The Slayer are once again competing side by side a a rematch from Drastic Action.
Can the two co-exist to defeat the Twin towers or will the champions dominate them olike they have all other challengers?
NPWA INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Fireball (C) vs. Phobia
NPWA Management announced today (19/5/04) that former NPWA wrestler Phobia will return to the ring on the 18th of June and will challenge the new International Champion, The Fireball, to a Championship Match. Phobia may be remembered for the fans as a member of hellbound but is most well remembered for his hardcore championship match at Tour of Force and his unforgetable chair shots. Many are unsure why he is returning at such a high level in the company but The Fireball will have a hard task on his hands in his first title defence.
