The deadline was at California MIDNIGHT.And yes an rp is a promo.You put your promos in the match assigned to you,in the thread that someone has,most likely,already made.If a thread about your match hasn't been posted yet,you choose "new thread" lable it the title of your match and post it.
But if someone has already made the thread,you post it in THAT thread.

Basically, there is a thread for each match. All contestants in that match should RP in the same thread and the BASIC idea is that who ever had the best RPs/Promos wins the match.

Oh and the thread for a match is started by the first contestant to have an RP done. So if you have a match, and there isn't already a thread for it, then start one and RP in there...Your opponent should reply to that thread too.

I'm not being sarcastic or anything, but try reading the rules. Seriously, they will help alot. Things usually go better when you know what you are actually doing.
