This Tuesday, we celebrate a new style of show! Gone for the week is WPW Live, replaced with a very special Halloween episode of WPW TNT that is affectionately known as Hallowicked! In this match we will see a temporary halt to the Tournament of Champions, however we will be seeing a series of WPW title defences, possibly the most in one single episode of TNT! Will we see some people dressed in costumes this week, celebrating ?
God of Live Title Match
Jesse Long Vs. Martin Cameron
The first title match will be a much anticipated rematch for our surprisingly highly respected God of Live title. Jesse long ended Martin Cameron’s reign in a match with Darian Entreri. Cameron won the title in a less that noble way when he Beat Justin Dreamer then attacked him, ironically disallowing a rematch. Justin Dreamer has returned this week, obviously discomforting Cameron. Perhaps might we See Dreamer cost Cameron his rematch, being an eye for an eye? Or might He allow Cameron to win, giving his revenge the ability to take back his title? And how can we exactly write off Jesse Long, a man who has been almost literally on fire! Can Cameron even contain the former PCW tag Champion? Find out as our first title match happens this week!
20 Man TLC Florida State Title Match
Dan Murph vs. Jokester vs. Brock Goodman vs. Daren Entreri vs. 2 vs. Tank vs. Psymon Starks vs. Andrew Xavier vs. Blade LaVigne vs. Forsaken vs. Mike Foxx vs. Diablo vs. “Good Ol” BJ vs. Mike Corral vs. Asylum vs. Masterful Michael Karver vs. Phill Bennett vs. Sky Ryder vs. El Pollo Negro vs. Al Gore
You heard the description! for near on a month we have had no Florida State Champion on the WPW roster since Jamie Parker gave up the title. This week, at our Hallowicked show, that all changes as we throw 20 stars into a match, even taking Mike Foxx Vs. Diabolo and putting them in this match. However, this match is going to be a hell of a show, with a lot of these stars out of the ToC, they need something to prove themselves. Others are about of face off in the next few weeks in the second round as well, meaning that the chances of them being meaningfully hurt have gone p! But the only thing that really should matter is the Florida State title! Who will do it? Could it be WPW Veteran Brock Goodman, claiming his first ever WPW title? Or 2, people with a title belt already tend to do very well in Florida State Matches. Michael Karver, a former PCW world champion? The Jokester just beat the last Florida state champ, could it be him? Find out in one hell of a TLC match takes place for your enjoyment!
WPW Tag Team Title Match
James Moriarty Cassius & The Judge Vs. David Nicholls & Desmond Troy
This week, with all these other titles being defended, it seems only fitting that the WPW tag team titles are defended as well. JMC and The Judge have been plagued by the team of Desmond Troy and David Nicolls ever since they won the contendership for the tag titles. There has been a tug of war between the newcomers to WPW and the veterans with Royalty gaining an advantage for most of the battle until last week where both Nicolls and Troy gain singles victories over the champions, an impressive effort any day. However, whether through emotions of spite, anger, fear or vengeance the match has been changed by Cassius and The Judge to a very special 2 out of 3 falls match! The first fall will be a standard tag team match, ironically it will be the first time in a while that either team has actually teamed with their partners due to the singles nature of the Tournament of Champions. The second match, when it comes, will be a street fight, a match that promises to be a brutal encounter and possibly enough for one team to turn the tides on the team that has the first victory.. And if the match boils down to the third pinfall, it will be decided in WPW’s most expensive structure, their Steel Cage! The cage has been brought out only for the most special of occasions, however every one of those occasions there was JMC as a competitor, is this the Royal Advantage, or is Nicolls and Troy going to use their newcomer status to surprise Royalty so much that the belts will be theirs? Who is hungrier for gold? Find out as our 2/3 pinfall match for the Tag team Titles takes place!
Singles Grudge Match
Jamie Parker Vs. The Royal Knight
Our next match has no title between it, no gold, no glory. Simply put this is the longest blood feud in WPW today. Parker and The Royal Knight have been bitter enemies ever since Parker Eliminated the Royalty member to claim his First Title run. Since then, RK and Parker have fought one another every step of the Way, Parker even Joined The Resistance to Royalty in a response, keeping their battle together. After Royal Knight won and lost the title, the feud remained well alive, even with Parker relinquishing the belt to other competitors, Royal Knight had moved this battle form merely about gold, to about pride. This week, in the battle to end all their other battles, The Royal Knight and Jamie Parker square off. How will the final battle between these two men end? Who is going to get the last bragging rights in this battle?
WPW World Title Match
Gunnar Brian Vs. Scorch
Last week, in an amazing turn of event, Resident WPW MidCarder, Gunnar Brian, was able to do what many thought was unthinkable. In a match with WPW champion Scorch, he was able to come of with an unforseen and unanticipated victory! This is a momentous achievement for Brian who had been floating at Florida Title level without ever winning the belt, and had even begun to drop. This saving grace has allowed himself to get a rematch with Scorch again, hoping to prove that it was no fluke. However this time Scorch has everything to lose as it is for his WPW World Heavyweight Title! This kind of opportunity is a chance that most members of the WPW locker dream of and one that only a handful of superstars have ever had come true. Can he make the most of it and come out with the all important second victory, not only putting the nay Sayers into silence but becoming the fourth ever WPW Heavyweight Champion? Or is Scorch going to remind us why it was him who beat The One for the title in the first place, taking it to Gunnar Brain and reasserting himself as WPW’s king of the mountain? Whose time in the sun is up this week, the Champs or th contender? This match will definitely be worthy of the main event of a TNT card that has probably never looked so good, Even dressed up for Halloween!
