D-Day!

yesterday (in australia), was the 6th of June. this day 60 years ago french, american, british, canadian, german and many more nations went to d-day. d-day was the largest military landing ever. it had a total of over 100 000 ppl involved. 31 000 allied tropps were killed as well as 40 000 germans were perished. this day is the 60th anniversary of d-day. this day many leaders from all nations met at normandy to commemorate this horrendous day, including GEORGE BUSH, QUEEN ELIZABETH, TONY BLAIR, JOHN HOWARD and JACQUES CHIRAC.

i wish the families of all d-day participants a memorable day. R.I.P. to all the soldiers who were killed.

i remembered d day in advance but when the day came i forgot, i'm so ashamed :(...
but we must remember that d day wasn't the only place there was a huge death toll, while paying tribute to the brave soldiers who fought on d day, we must remember all who lost their lives 4 us....
RIP our lost soldiers, not only our own, but all the soldiers involved... ur always in our hearts... my thoughts & prayers go out to the weary souls of those who lost their lives & their families...AMEN
