View Full Version : The WPW Attribute Game

We have too much negativity here of late. Whether it be needless out of character shots at eachother or complaints about who is reading, who is trying, the place is getting to be some what of a downer.
The purpose of this thread is to try and change some of that negativity around. It will work like any other chain game you have seen. We will start with the first person and you need to say something positive about them or their character, and the next person will follow that with an attribute about the person or character of the person above them. This way by the end you should have a nice long list of positives about the people of WPW.
For example say Dan Murph just posted, and Spaz was next. He might put something like "you have the potential to be champion" and the next guy might be Judge and maybe he thinks the Darian character is interesting to him. You can always find something and if you have nothing good to say, wait for somebody else. The idea here is to try and make this place a bit more positive like it has been before. I cannot be the only one tired of the little bickering.
Now I am not that egotistical to have this game start with me, so intead begin with something good about...
Dust.

Dust is very resilliant in his tenure at WPW, thats very admirable to me.
its hard to get so far but not make it all the way and stick around, but there always seems to be something driving Dust and I think we will see him make it to the top of the mountain.

AFS has shown the most growth of any poster/RPer in all the time I've been involved in wrestling forums/ e-feds.
(Just to clarify, I mean intellectual growth - he's not 6 inches taller or anything!)

Jesse's Ability to get himself to the Main event a year ago was no real Fluke in my eyes. His abilities to hang with the best we have can be enhanced with ease as long as he reads and learns from the best WPW has. And whether he does gain more prestige is going to be directly related by how well he learns.

Prom's rps have always been one of my favorite to read, and he is hands down my favorite opponent. he always brings something new to the table and can bounce off just about anyone this fed can put against him. off camera he is a really great guy to work with and was the major reason pcw stayed around as long as it did (and no, that's not an insult) prom is just about as valuable to the e-fed as tj is in my eyes.

Mike Adams, A prolific rper. always able to add the smallest twinge to his charicter or his story to bring people back with intrest. We have always worked well together and probably always will.
I think its a good thing to see Mike the charicter taking a break so Brock can get the focus as well, Brock is a new creature with lots of potential.
I love the way that AFS has taken 2 to a whole new level... he's more of a 9 now.. ok, that was cheap.. but seriously, you can feel 2's emotions when AFS starts with him.

I really dig Spaz's new character. A lot of guys try to destroy old characters and bring in new ones to medium success at best but Darien I think has a real good gimmick to go for him. Spaz himself is a very interesting RPer to read, when he is on his game he can be very difficult to beat. If he could stick around for longer amounts of time I think he'd be able to move up the card very quickly. I do miss the Spazzernaut though.

All and all, one of my favorite characters in WPW is Brock Goodman. Even though he's obviously demented, he embraces it and uses it to his advantage. Alot of people in e-feds do that, but Adams has taken it to a point where Brock is a unique character. His rise to the Main Event scene over a year ago was nothing if not expected, and you could see the determination he had in his RP's. It's obvious his scene is singles wrestling, as I think he is weaker when depending on someone as well as himself. When Mike is on his game as Brock, it's downright scary to go up against him. Trust me, Brock will one day win the WPW Heavyweight Title. That is, if he continually stays on top of his game.

There seems to be nothing that can put Twizted/Corral down, the kid loves this place and it shows. The more rpers we get like him in terms of their overall attitude towards e-fedding, the better off WPW will be.
Probably the one person in this place I can say hand on heart that I read his rp's whenever I can. He has a real way of drawing you into an rp, and making you want to keep reading to find out whats gonna happen next. But, I guess thats why hes the champ.

Murph, I've known you ever since you have started, and you had your first match with me. Ever since then, I knew you would make it big in every E Fed you would participate in. You created a character which is fantastic to work with and a terrific heel status.

Dreamer has tremendous imagination be it with The Disciple, Zach Winston or the current Justin Dreamer. He explores emotion within the right parameters of RPs. With experience and a higher competitive edge, the sky is the limit for Dreamer. He had tremendous potential and I have spouted that a bunch of times to Judge while evaluating talent, Dreamer can be the future if he wants to be.

well there goes my stuff about dreamer haha.
I created the GOL title for One for a reason, I saw something in him and even though it got held back alot, just about everyone knew he had world champ written in his future. alot of people aspire to be like him and alot aspire to beat him.
Alot of people will try and fail. When One comes back WPW will have to watch out and i think some people will have alot to answer for and fall to a new fire.

AFS has made 2 become one of the guys you look at for inspiration. His consistency is why he is the Hardcore champion and his rps show it. 2 is going to go further heights before the end of the year... go 2!

Tank is a a guy who has continually shown the ability to grow as a roleplayer. He has gone from a guy trying to get his feet wet to somebody who can compete for and win titles here. I hope he keeps up with it, because I think he is going to keep getting better and having more fun.

our world champion Scorch, there isnt much more to add because it shows you what he does having that title.
but Scorch to me is beyond the title, I know everywhere he went he never quite reached that hieght, but he never needed to. The title only tells the story most of us knew. Scorch knows what he is doing and given the chance will make sure even the most talked about rper knows about it.
also a very helpful guy when it comes to the younger less experianced guys and a good person to bounce ideas off of

AFS, what more can I say about this guy?
He is a guy who can hit heel/funny/charisma/and brilliance all in one rp. Not only has he done a great job with his character SiNN/Van Risen and has made 2 from One's manager into a great hardcore champ, maybe even the best, but he has also put his heart and soul into both PCW and WPW, writing matches and segments that just kill. AFS has to be one of the best rp'ers I have seen in a while, his type of comedy can make you disgusted but yet will also make you love th character at the same time. I've always said to people like One, JMC, and Murph that if I could team with anyone in WPW, it would definately be that crazy SiNN.
He is one of the guys that was the reason I am still in e fedding
You are great man, kudos

Ah, Justin. I've had the pleasure of facing him several times in my WPW career as both Corral & Twizted, and I can honestly say he's a great RP'er. Everytime I face him, I can tell that it's going to be a fight. He always brings something to the table, and you can sense that he's in it to win it. One of my favorite people to work with, I'm waiting for Dreamer to return, and for Twizted vs. Dreamer yet again.

I have enjoyed RPing with you over the past few days. I really feel that I have found a niche and I seem to be RPing a different way then I have before. I enjoy reading your RPs and responding to them :D
But with me, for whatever reason, I have fun RPing here. This goes to DjM, ishallreturntoyou, AFS. It is really fun RPing here, I feel like my RPs just flow out of me like they haven't in any other EFed I have been in. And I am saying that to all of WPW. I hope I have a long run here, and have fun at it too. I will quit being homotional now.

The biggest bounce back I have ever seen in E-Fedding, from a champion in a somewhat of a security blanket, to drowning in his own charater, into returning with the best promo's of his RP life. My favorite RPer to read, and my next to kin. We shall enter E-Fedding together, we will fight many times, and later, I assume we will go out the same time too.
has shown that no object is insurmountbale with his never say die attitude and determination to be just that little bit better than those around him. Writes enthralling RPs that really draw you in and make you want more, even if you know you aren't gonna get it.
Aside from his career as an RPer, has been a breath of fresh air on the staff, having ideas and storylines that have helped WPW as a whole develop in terms of verging off the course of a normal e-fed and pushing the boundaries just that little bit further. Always willing to look at someone else's work and direction and critique it (still waiting on my appraisal since before ReActivation though). Has ideas for every person in this fed and isn't afraid to let them be known.

Probably the fact that, even in the most brutal of battles, Duff will still be there to be my friend. During our match at ReActivation, we were going back and forth, just trying to mame each other. Duff sent me a private message in the middle of our battle. "I know that this isn't just a story. If you ever need anything, I'm here"
The fact that he can take time out, even a few hours out, speaks a lot about his character. While Duff definately takes this seriously, he cares about the well-being of other members first
The Judge
10-02-2007, 01:55 PM
Has one of the strongest desires to constantly improve I've ever seen. Isn't afraid to roll with the punches and play the role he's given, even if it's an aweful sexual harrassment storyline. Knows when to ask for help, and doesn't get discouraged every single time his shoulders are pinned down, which honestly I can't say about everyone. Whenever I think of someone who defines the word potential, is at the top of my list, because really the amount of ways "The Stallion" can be taken, and general interest and direction of the character, is unlimited.
Is also one of the very few people who ever steps up to write when he's not required to, and where others have to step down.

He's got balls and that is what I love about him. I have so many idea that would get turned down elsewhere, but Judge runs with them and even improves on them. His RPing skill are admirable, and knows how to win... something which not many people can do. And let's not forget who made this place, WPW doesn't exist without Judge... and theres much more I could say but I think there is plenty of time in this thread to get all of it out.
Amazes me with his rps. Def one of the best in the federation rp wise. His roleplays tend to flow very well and he has pretty decent continuity, which is very good considering how long the One character has been at this.

when I had a match against him I knew he was going to get somewhere quick. The charicter he has still has its flaws like everyones do, but he can use his flaws to his own advantage.
He has taken what i think of as a taboo charicter, even more so then One ever was, and made it seem like something you want to see every day.
where is this guy gonna go....some place big and I want to watch.
despite a somewhat unconventional approach to RPs, manages to do both serious and funny and make it seem effortless. Can take a storyline and run with it, but can also get it together when he just has a series of unrelated matches.
At first read, I didn't think that Parker had a gimmick to run with, but as time progressed I see that his gimmick is more in depth than most in this place. I really like the way that he has brought him from riding the coattails of Bennett to forming his own niche with the Florida State Title.

First Person i've seen kill off a good character that wasn't comepletely dead. But it seems this bugger is like a Phoenix, Entreri has flaws, and they're the really brilliant ones to have, a well designed character that I await his real berth in whatever division is lucky to have him.
Offscreen, I simply like the guy, he's good and funny and more or less just fun. Every time I hear that wine glass ding noise, I'm happy to talk.

One of my favorite characters in WPW, JMC is the opposite of what a wrester might look like. He's not the biggest or the fastest, but dammit if he's not the smartest. He has the ability to look at an RP, find the tiniest of flaws, and use that to destroy somebody and win a match. I like how he incorporates the theatre in some of his RPs, because alot of people don't expect that in wrestling. Although I've had three matches against him, I can't wait for the enxt one, because I know it'll be a battle of wits.
Wow, no one has anything ELSE good to say about Twizzy? Ah well.. here goes...
I think he is a good rper still with alot of potential to break out. He can very easily be Florida Title contention, if he were to focus on either Corral OR Twizzy. He has a definite heart for this place, which is rare to find a guy who isn't as far up the card, but still has the heart of Twizzy.

For me Spaz is one of the great assets that WPW has. He has never been the type of guy to bitch and moan but instead puts his head down and gets the job done. People talk about One, JMC, Scorch and Parker as the true assets of this company but I look more to guys like Spaz. Never quits, always has something fresh and new and is for me an extremely consistent RPer.

Prom is fantastic at working with others, he never seems to take a week off, shy of vacations when he cannot get to a computer, and he is very dedicated. Along with Prom I consider Scorch to be the measuring stick of what it takes to be at the top of WPW. Ever since he joined Scorch has been consistent with his RPs, and his consistency equals to greatness. I enjoyed my feud with Scorch because I always felt he was interested in investing in the storyline just as much as I was. My one regret is that I went AWOL at a time when we could have really taken the feud to another level. An absolute pleasure to battle against, Scorch does an awful lot for WPW that I feel goes unnoticed.

Another struggler. One of those guys who is always inches away from a world title but can never make it. the positive bit is that he WILL be champion. He sometimes has a hard time finding his groove, ezpecially after his missing time.
But when he finds it, which i think he has and will actually inhance thiss time around he is one of the biggest threats and toughest guys in WPW.
Beating him or losing to him are both learning and great experiances

Someone who could take a character and make them formidable in most areas of WPW. World title being a bit of a strech to be formidable, but I couldn't see why he wouldn't get a chance. I find it a shame that I never got to see much of SiNN in rp's or segments, but I find his way of portraying 2 to be something that I would consider a learning experience for myself, and if I do find myself ever facing2 I would take it with atleast as much focus as I would with Judge or any of the top names

Someone who I can say, with 100% honesty, is a mentor for people
Nobody can give consistant, funny, MOTN based on commentary alone quite like Ken
But even more than just the "he's so funny", Ken has a darker side, and knows when he needs to be serious. Not angry, bu serious. Think back to Redemption, and how when everyone else was bashing his decisions, Ken stood up and defended himself gracefully, with comedic overtones
Ken is a guy who people can look up if they want to have the most fun experience

Bumping time, feel we still should visit this.. and I am bored.
HBK is soon going to find that the world is his pallett to draw on in wrestling, I often rank age as very important in E Fed success, which is why i was drawn to really really liking him all that logn time ago when choosing my Royalty. Art imitating life and the more he grows as a person, the wiser his RPs will get. Plus he's a pleasure to chat with too.
Young Promy is an extremely formidable opponent that always brings the best out of his poosition, simply because if you go into a match agaisnt him with anything other than his best, he'll beat you, and even if you do bring your best, he'll likely beat you then too.

Stays commited to projects he commits to. Is one of the only guys who if he can't do something, won't just say he can't do it, but will find someone else to replace him, and if there is nobody who can he'll either grind his teeth and do it anyway, or will find a way to explain it's absense. Never completely abandons an assignment or a responsibility. Also completely vital to WPW, especially since I started working, because without a man to keep everyone else in line, people simply don't stay in line, and TNT would start airing on Fridays, then the weekend, then delayed two weeks, then gone.
Bitches a whole hell of a lot, if there's nothing to bitch about he'll find something, but unlike most others, has earned the right.
The glue that holds us all together. The creative brains behind everything we do in this place, from assigne, mtns throught to Turmoil Cards and on to things like Team Warfare and Baseball.
Still, aside from all the stuff behind the scenes, he is first and foremost an amazing RPer. Easily one of the best in this fed and when he puts his mind to it, can beat absolutely anyone in this place (even me :)) His thread with APG thsi week has really showcased what he is all about, and is an often overlooked contender for the WPW title scene, which he can easily squeeze into by virtue of winning the ToC.

I already did a wrestling one for Duff, so I'll do something different.
If Judge is the brains and heart of this place, then Duffy is the consciouss (sp?) as well. Always prepares the show, waiting for some late assigments before putting it in the correct order and putting the show up. Always checks with the staff to see if they need a little more time, and does so much for this place.
Oh, and the Jaime Parker is pretty good too.

Yay, I get Mike Corral. My favorite young RPer out of everyone. Same thoughts as Promy about RK, but for me. When he gets older the style and depth of his RPs will grow also. His characters lack certain traits needed to really care about them, but his RPs bring enjoyment out of them, which is something very hard to do. That's a talent, most can't do. People need to read his RP's, the ones he truly tries on and you will be impressed.
I really like Ryan as a roleplayer. His rps just ooze talent. Plus, when he chooses to be he's a really helpful guy who seems to like taking on some rooks. That's something that very few of the "vets" of this "business" don't do. So I have to give him credit on that. :-)

Ah, Scorch. Our resident Heavyweight Champion.
Actually one of the first guys I look up to in terms of RP'ing. Before he even speaks, he sets a mood so that you KNOW where you are and what's happening. An exceptionally talented match writer from my experience, and a good wrestler as well. AFS knows how to stay in character and look down on his opponent without actually losing himself in it and underestimating them.
Forsaken is one of those guys that you have to worry about when you face him. I think he is probably the MOST underrated roleplayer in this fed. He always seems to clunk out quality roleplays but just gets edged out by guys who may not be better than him, but guys who have to drive to win. Once Forsaken gets that drive (just like him vs. RK), he will be a VERY dangerous foe.
i guess i could just repat his own comments back at him. All that's been missing from Spaz since he started in WPW is that consistancy to make himself great. Definitely someone i expect to dominate in the mid-card division, before making it up to the top table we're all aiming for where he will easily be a challenger for the best guys in this fed.

I love it whenever Dreamer and I face off, because I know that he's going to pull out all the stops. When he's focused and determined to win, there's little anyone can do to stop him. The last match we had (at the PPV if I recall), that was when Justin was in top form. If he returns like that, the GoL Title, as well as any other he sees fit, might possibly end up around his waist sooner than you think.
