Due to the tragic car accident last weekend in Florida that left Nick Hogan's passenger John Craziano in critical condition, the stage is set for a major lawsuit against Hulk Hogan.

Because Nick Hogan, real name Nick Bollea, is only 17 years old and still considered a minor, Nick's legal guardian (Hulk) would be the defendant in any lawsuits filed.

Hulk Hogan has been seen on "Hogan Knows Best" encouraging Nick's street racing. If it's found that Hulk has used the "Hogan" name to get Nick out of traffic tickets Hulk would inheret even more liability. In the recent issue of RIDES Magazine, Nick speaks about getting out of speeding tickets after being pulled over two seperate times by different officers in one drive because he is a "Hogan". The third time he got pulled over on that day he got a ticket for going 123 MPH in a 50 MPH zone.

Uhh...it says he was pulled over twice and got off and then got pulled ofer and cited the third time. I have had like 5 speeding tickets and I still speed. But Nick Hogan is still a non driving bitch if he wrecked his Supra lol. If someone has a fast car you go out into parking lots and shit and learn how your car acts...and how does he wreck the Supra. And not one of his two Vipers. You would think he could drive since he is a drift racer LOL

I dont think anything gonna happen to Hulk. The guy with Nick is a 22 yr old Marine. I dont think his mom is gonna sue Hulk or Nick. Since they are two guys out for a good time. I know I wouldnt sue my buddies parents if we wrecked HIS 1000 hp Supra cuz he cant drive LOL. I would just...laugh.
