Business is certainly picking up as Smackdown comes to you from the Nassau Coliseum in Uninodale, Long Island, New York. Teddy Long has organized another great card for the first Smackdown in three years to be held in Uniondale.
Match#1
US Championship
John Cena(c) vs. Hardcore Holly
This match was to have happened at last week's Smackdown, but somebody attacked Cena in the back and forced Teddy Long to cancel it. Long orderd this match to be the first on the card so that Holly would be guaranteed his shot. All week Teddy has tried to find out who attacked Cena. Cena himself has remained silent about the event, but he is okay and will defend his title. Will the mystery attacker be revealed? Tune in to see.

Cruiserweight Championship
Chavo Classic(c) vs. Shannon Moore
Classic will be making his first title defense since pinning his own son two weeks ago. Moore has been chomping at the bit to prove he has what it takes to be the cruiserweight champion. Long has given the youngster a chance to prove himself. But Classic is a wrestling legend who knows how to handle himself in the ring. Styles clash in what should be an interesting match.

Number one contender's spot for US title and a match at Great American Bash
Chavo Guererro vs. RVD
Chavo Jr. looked as if he was going to beat his own father up last week, until Dawn Marie showed up and told Jr. that he had an opportunity to challenge for the US title. All Chavo has to do is face and defeat RVD. Rob is looking at making a name for himself on the Smackdown roster, and what better way to do that than to go to the Great American Bash and challenge for the US title. This one promises to be a good one.

Grandmaster Sexay vs. Paul London
We found out earlier this week that Jamie Knoble suffered a serious knee injury and will be out of action for at least four months. Paul London asked Teddy Long for this match because he felt Sexay intentionally put Knoble on the shelf. Long agreed to sign the match even though Sexay protested. Sexay has been saying that he did not try to put Knoble on the shelf, but many of the cruiserweight's have turned a deaf ear towards the Grandmaster. Long has also told London that this is his chance to show him and everyone else that he is a seriious contender for the Cruiserweight title. The pressure is on London to show his stuff, and London looks poised to do just that. How will Sexay respond? Did he apologize to Knoble like he said he would? Tune in and see.

Main Event
WWE Tag Team Championship
Rico & Haas(c) vs. Dudley Boyz
The tag titles are on the line as this main event should be a good one. The Dudley's made there presence felt last week when they attacked the tag champs during Cafe Renee. However, Miss Jackie received the most damage as she was the victim of a Dudley 3D. Haas and Rico have worked well together, but now they face one of the best tag teams ever in wrestling history. No doubt Rico and Haas will have revenge on there minds for what the Dudley's did to Miss Jackie. Paul Heyman has the Dudley's focused and no doubt Bubba and Dvon will be primed and ready to take the tag titles. This one promises to be a good one.
Other Notes:
Booker T and Eddie Guererro will also be at Smackdown. Both men will face each other at The Great American Bash with the WWE Championship on the line. Booker defeated the Undertaker last week to earn the number one contender's spot. Eddie successfully defended his WWE Championship when he beat JBL in a no DQ match. Now, both men prepare themselves to meet in the ring for the first time since there WCW days.
Kurt Angle will be at Smackdown and has been granted as much tv time as needed by Teddy Long to say what he has to say. What will the man who exemplifies Integrity, Intelligence and Intensity have to say? Tune in and find out.
We have also learned that General Manager Teddy Long has ordered the Undertaker to be at Smackdown this coming thursday. Long will address the Undertaker's role on Smackdown. How will the Phenom respond to this request?
And speaking of the Undertaker. JBL cost Undertaker a shot at the WWE title. Why JBL helped Booker by giving the deadman a Clothesline from Hell is still a mystery. JBL will be in Uniondale and has promised to explain his actions.
