Okay, I'm commenting on "Silver v Ryder". I don't know which is 'Silver' and which is 'Ryder' - as such, I'm going to call this by the "shirts and skins" method of thought. I made notes while watching the match on a piece of paper, don't take offense to them - they're just what I've come up with from it really. It's all honest reactions and opinions, not to be thought of as hard and fast stuff.

Both guys, to begin with at the least, look kinda weak. Need to make yourself LOOK bulky, if nothing else. Walk with a positive, fighting demeanour. Arms up. Nobody comes into a fight with his arms at his sides, y'know? It's just not the done thing.

Kicks and forearms look pretty weak from both sides. Too many kicks and such to start off with, too. The punches in the corner looked decent though.

The first comeback was a flying clothesline The clothesline was okay, but not great. It was oversold, really (A flying clothesline is more of an, "Ow, that really hurt, I'm not feeling great" not a "I can't move ow"), and it came a little fast. But I'd say otherwise okay from there.

The shirtless guy has a good dropkick. That said, you give a dropkick, you.. give a dropkick? Hrg! Don't Pillman it (Pillman's biggest problem was overrelying upon his beautiful, beautiful dropkick, IMO.)

The shirtless guy did a lot of toprope stuff. It looked really good, to be perfectly fair. But.. the guy never got up to the ropes with any conviction. When you go up the top rope, you POSE! Make the crowd care (even though there might not be many in).

As far as the guy with the shirt, always sell consistently. If you're selling the head, think why you're selling the head. And so on, and so forth.

Shirtless guy - Bad leg drop. And when you reversed that suplex into a neckbreaker hold.. why not just give a neckbreaker?

The shirt guy has a good running reversal, I'm going to willfully admit. It looked plain ol' solid. The clothesline he gave after.. ick.

Now the finish - a package piledriver. It works for Steen, it works for me. I'm gonna admit, it rocks. It looked good, awesome!

WHY did he go for a bridging jackknife pin? Seriously, it's just pointless! You hit your big finish. Desperation pin, whee he's down no matter what you do. Seriously, a package piledrive, you could give at the beginning of the match and the opponent should be down for the count. You don't NEED a special pin. The move does the work for you.

I know this came out really critical, but I'm just pointing out what I saw was good and bad. I'm trying my best to be nice about it, too, just pointing out what I felt wasn't done perhaps as well as I felt it could have been.

Ok... thanks. It's all i was looking for. Good constructive criticism.

1. I am the one with the shirt ON. Silver, the other, is a great friend of mine who got me my break in the business.

2. Most of the comments were well taken from both of us.... only a few things... that I'm pretty sure you had no idea about.

3. Concerning the neckbreaker deal. My trademark move starts in a reverse neckbreaker position. That was a spot we had worked on, in which, in weeks before, Silver had stolen my trademark move, and looked to do it again. It ended with him hitting his finisher. But, yeah, we can se what your saying otherwise.

4. Package piledriver... yeah. Ouch. That one worried me. A lot. Not because of the piledriver itself, but because of the landing on my shoulder afterwards. But yeah. I don't think he's ever used it as a finisher... but who knows.

5. My corner clothesline. Ok, thank you for the reversal comment, I appriciate it fully. And yeah.... that clothesline did bad, I know. In fact, I've only done it like two times before that, and afterwards, I thought it looked bad. So this past week, I worked on it, and worked on it. Hopefully it looks better.

6. Consistent selling. Yeah, as you probably didn't know... I got my break before I was fully trained. And I'm working on it. Really, I am. It's LOADS better han my first match... *shudders* it was horrible then.

7. The bridging jackknife pin. Ok, yeah, true, the package piledriver would have ended it anyways, but if you look closely, my legs are against the ropes. And, he's finished matches before with it, it's just something he does.

Thanks, once again, for the feedback, it's what I was wanting, truthfully. But keep checking that profile, because I'm waiting on this past week's match, where Silver and I bring back our old tag team.Personally I really enjoyed that match...

Like I say, if a package piledriver isn't your idea of a finisher, where even in "hardcore" feds (CZW, IWS etc) it's a "GODDAMN HE'S DEAD" anyway... well, maybe you're better off.. y'know.. um.

It just took him so long! The pin, I mean. Okay, feet on the ropes. Grab your legs, swing them over your body, push down on his shoulders. It'll do. Or just hook both legs! Seriously, it doesn't matter, so long as your legs aren't under the ropes. Point taken on the rest, though.

As far as the neckbreaker thing.. well, I have a 60-something year old trainer. His biggest problem is when something doesn't "flow" - and I agree with this. Especially seeing as he wasn't posing to the crowd to say "HEY FINISHING WOO!"

One last thing - what's with that ring? It looks, um.. what's the word I'm looking for.. home made? Heh. Sorry, I'm actually feeling guilty now.

Yeah... the ring.... eurgh... I hate it personally.... small... ropes made of stell cable with only a thin layer of garden hose over them.... turnbuckle pad missing.... yeah.... but it's supposed to be a legit ring that the owner bought...
