Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW) has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with the World Wrestling Network (WWN). WWN will be releasing JAPW titles in over 17,000 retail locations worldwide thru Liquid 8 Entertainment & Navarre Distributing. The first title offered will be the Best of JAPW Vol. 1.

WWN President Sal Hamaoui said “We are extremely excited about working with JAPW. They are a one of the most respected wrestling companies today and have a strong established following. We look forward to helping them take their product to a world wide audience! We hope to release 12-18 titles within the next 12 months!”

WWN currently distributes Mike Graham’s Best of Championship Wrestling, Ring of Honor, Turnbuckle Memories, as well as others.

WWN is currently looking for more content providers. WWN pays a flat fee per piece sold. There are no deductions for replication, overhead and marketing costs.

Hamaoui also stated that “A lot of the distribution companies out there deduct a spectrum of costs from the content provider. In some cases the content provider ends up owing the distribution company money! That’s not the case with us. We have negotiated a flat fee agreement with our distributor that benefits our content providers greatly.”

I haven't seen anything from JAPW but I think that it's great any time an Indy company can reach a higher level and hopefully break into the mainstream. If one company can't give the WWE any competiton maybe a group of companies can.
