Jokester & Tank vs. Forsaken & Vengeance
The team of Jokester and Tank have survived many a storm so far, Jokester has curbed his tendency to throw out unsuccessful tag team partners and Tank has found himself a willing teacher... even if their styles rarely if ever meet. But Booker T and Goldust similarities aside they have a new threat in the form of highly dominant Live Duo, The verb team of Forsaken and Vengeance of The Fallen. Tank and jokester have taken exception to these two and are out to prove a point even after the losses at their hands. Without being on Live this week, can Fallen still manage a win over a Former PCW champion? Or are Tokester going to prove what they are really made of once again?
God of Live Championship
Phill Bennett Vs. Justin Dreamer
Justin Dreamer has earned his God of Hardcore title, becoming the first WPW Superstar to win two different singles titles in the entire history of WPW. Unfortunately casting your mind back you might remember that Dreamer had a short title run with the Hardcore belt before The Stallion (As he was known back then) claimed it back off him. Phill Bennett, the man who was pinned in the triple threat to lose his title, is certain to want to make this a tradition for Dreamer, Not dissimilar to what he did when Cage won the title off him. Phill’s determination shone through as he successfully won his contendership off Twizted and Sky Ryder and is certain to want to remain connected to his title for as long as he can. But Dreamer has proved once he can get the one over on Phill, but with No Hardcore rules or SSG involved, where will this match go?
New Age Championship
Andrew Xavier vs. Johnny Bad Blood vs. Frederick Meyer III vs. Jeremiah Ranks vs. Spaz
Andrew Xavier can’t have any appreciation from The crowd without being interrupted somehow. This week he should have charged admittance for those who interrupted him and he would have made a pretty penny. But during his speech, Spaz took exception as did two returning Superstars, Jeremiah Ranks and Johnny Bad Blood. Eventually the entire fiasco of a scene boiled down and a match was made at Payback. Andrew Xavier would put his self created title on the line against the interrupters in a fatal four way. Frederick Meyer, after much pleading with Carlos eventually gained access to the match as well, making it a fatal-er five way! Can Xavier defend his gold encrusted belt? Or is The New age champion no longer going to be able to call him that? Even if this isn’t a highly sought title, you can expect a match when these five young superstars collide.
Hardcore Championship
Super Sexy Girl Vs. Twizted
Remember Redemption where SSG upset the world and ruffled some feathers when she won the Hardcore Title? Something even harder to do when the match for the Hardcore title was Stallion Vs. Twizted. This week, as Stallion has moved up in the World and changed his name, Twizted gets his REAL chance to gain his payback. And as he always says “Payback is a Bitch”... Never was this truer as He faces off against the dominant female of the wrestling roster, Super Sexy Girl. SSG has withstood her title defences by sacrificing her Rival Phill Bennett. Can she, who has proved much of the Nay-Sayers wrong do it again? And With her first real hardcore Match this week, can she survive the beating that Twizted has in store?
The Judge & Dust vs. Scorch & SiNN
Last Week, in a close encounter, SiNN and Scorch, an unlikely team were able to defeat JMC and Royal Knight. This week they take on the other half of Royalty in the form of Dust and the judge. Both of which have been having a hard time keeping their win ratio up. But this week that might become a tad easier as they face men that they beat at Redemption, Dust defeating Scorch and the Judge taking it to his former tag team partner. But with SiNN and Scorch pulling out all stops to try and hamper Royalty’s rise, Judge and Dust have to compete with some new desire in their opponents tanks. Can SiNN and scorch keep their rivals at bay once more or Can Dust and Judge break their streaks and come out with a victory?
Tag Team Championship Hardcore Match
Jamie Parker & Jason Bennett vs. Mykal Adams & Brock Goodman
A rematch from Redemption occurring again at Payback. This time it is for the Tag Team Titles between the Ladykillers and champions, Jason Bennett and Jamie Parker. For those who saw J&J as just a makeshift team have been proven quit wrong over the months as they have stuck together through it all and remained Tag team champions. The Ladykillers have gotten so close over the past few months that it’s surprising that they haven’t held the belts for a little while at the least. Almost as surprising that Goodman and Mykal have actually been a cohesive team. This week however they fight in a Hardcore match for the tag team titles! You would imagine a hardcore match might be suited to the destructive Brock Goodman, but you should never count Parker or Bennett out.
Florida State Championship
Nick Comoroto vs. Dan Murph vs. Gunnar Brian
Dan Murph has finally won a WPW title belt. After months of chasing the WPW title from JMC, he has finally claimed at least one title. Even if it isn’t ‘The Big One’, it’s still very close and worthy of respect. Two superstars who are definitely NOT respecting Dan’s title reign is Former Contender, Gunnar Brian and Former Florida Champion, Nick Comoroto. Last week all three were involved in the Florida match with Nick as champion, the same match where Dan walked out as champion. This week the match is replayed with a different champion. Can Nick, who has an impressive record when it comes to PPV victories for the Florida State title, cap it off once again? Can Gunnar taste his first ever gold? Or is Dan destined to keep his title for a while longer?
Royal Knight vs. Mike Adams
Both men here have been on a roll, The royal Knight has been enjoying the main eventing life as Second to JMC, while Mike has been going from strength to Strength. This week the two collide, Royal Knight being taught into his match by the rest of Royalty after Adams defeat of Dust, where stallion attacked Mike. And Lets not forget that Mike Adams is one of the few people who have ever pinned RK’s tutor, James Moriarty Cassius. Is mike’s Meteoric rise to continue or is the Knight going to put an end to this and trade Adams name with his own?
Steel Cage Match-WPW Championship
JMC vs. The One
When the dust cleared after the first Battle between JMC and the One, you knew that there was going to be a rematch. And here it is. With all the happenings between JMC’s Royalty and The One, there’s only one way to contain JMC and The One from exploding outwards and from all the interferers from getting inside... A Steel Cage Match! This means JMC will be Locked in With The One, No Dust or Royal Knight to help him, and likewise with The One, No Frankie either to help him win. This isn’t the first Steel cage match for either as they were both partners in the second ever match against Murph & Mike several months ago which JMC ended up winning for his team! This time there’s not going to be a single bit of help from either star as they throw one another from pillar to post. Might we see the first ever Two Time WPW Champion? Might we see The One continue his dominance? There si one thing we will definitely see, and that is blood.
